Tanya is the mother of four lovely children. She is committed to a family friendly workplace that embraces flexibility

for staff and encourages work/life balance. Tanya created an on-site childcare facility and employs two nannies to care

the children of Consolid8’s staff.

Lovelyland is located on the same floor as Consolid8’s office. The setup of this centre (including parents only access,

children’s toilet, age appropriate bedding, breastfeeding and sleeping area, high chairs, other furniture, toys and

sound proofing to minimise disruption to surrounding offices) was all funded by Consolid8. This childcare facility

receives no government funding and parents are not entitled to the Childcare Benefit Rebate. Consolid8 subsidises

the cost of childcare to ensure it is cost effective for staff.
