CONGRATULATIONS… and thank you for your interest in having your special day with us here at Tangaratta.

Tangaratta Vineyards is nestled in the tranquil Peel Valley, only 15 mins away from Tamworth and is the ideal venue to hold a classic country style wedding with a difference. At Tangaratta Vineyards you can choose to have your ceremony in our quaint 102 year old Pyne Chapel which presents a memorable backdrop for photographs and provides a tranquil and elegant place to exchange vows. It has an intimate atmosphere, seating approximately 80 people on pews. Alternatively, your ceremony can be outdoors on the lawn, overlooking the beautiful vineyards. After the Ceremony, the wedding party is invited to escape amongst the vines for unforgettable photographs of your special day. Your guests can soak up the ambience of all that Tangaratta Vineyards has to offer and enjoy canapes and champagne on the lawns as they await your return. You can choose to hold your reception in the spacious and elegant function centre. The Function Centre is able to cater for a minimum of 60 or up to 220 people. This stunning venue features a silk lined roof. There are breath-taking views, wonderful sunsets and an outside space in which to relax. At Tangaratta Vineyards our philosophy is “anything is possible” and with our vineyards providing both privacy and atmosphere at the same time for one of life’s most special events, you will create memories to last a lifetime. Whilst we have wines and other beverages available for your event we have an On Premises Licence, therefore NO BYO alcohol is allowed. • A $700 BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TOGETHER WITH A SIGNED COPY of these terms and conditions to secure your booking and will be credited to your final account.

• No REFUND AVAILABLE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR FUNCTION

• Tangaratta Vineyard is a fully licensed function centre and NO beverages, alcohol, or food is to be brought onto the premises. (cake permitted)

• Strict RSA rules apply, and guests that are intoxicated and causing trouble will be asked to be removed from the venue premises.

• Confirmation of booking must be made in writing and accompany the requested deposit. If this does not occur, management reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to other clients.

• Prices for functions are based on a 5 hour period ONLY, or 7.5 hours for ceremony and reception. Additional time prior to midnight will incur a $150.00 per hour charge. Function centre closes at 12pm. For any reason the event runs after 12pm, a $200 per hour surcharge will apply.

• Organisers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during functions. Nothing is to be adhered to any surface.

• Organisers will assume responsibility for loss or damage to any property left at Tangaratta prior, during or after any function.

• A surcharge of 15% is applicable to all Sundays, and 20% for public holidays and Easter and public holidays have a minimum of 100 people requirement.

• MENU -your menu selection should be final two weeks prior to your function

• FINAL NUMBERS, table seating arrangements, place cards etc 7 days before. • PAYMENT required – 7 days before, the final number of guests advised will be the minimum

number catered for and charged. Payment must be made by transfer or cash, and any outstanding balance should be paid before the end of the function by card or cash.

• Decorations – All candles are to be in tea light holders or hurricane glassware. No confetti, party poppers, metal cut out confetti are to be used, instead please use real rose petals or bubbles.
