Fast Line - Door Solutions for Coaches
Scandic
An inward opening door developed specifically to be used as a front door in coaches. Due to its ingenious construction, the door is airtight and resonance-free.
The innovative mechanism placed in the lower part of the doorway, underneath the step, allows creative
design for the front part of the bus. Tamware is one of the few manufacturers in the world who provide
inward opening doors for coaches.
Artic
An outward opening door designed to be used as a front, middle or rear door in express vehicles. Its mechanism is based on a torque
cylinder, which offers a possibility to utilize both the space above and below the door for
various purposes. A torque cylinder with lifting mechanism is also available.
Nordic
An outward opening door developed specifically to be used as a middle or rear door in express vehicles. Can also be used as a front door. Nordic is safe and airtight
due to the patented door mechanism placed above the doorway.
The Fast Line doors are designed especially for long distance transportation and tourist coaches. The pioneering door mechnaisms of the Fast Line Series are user-safe. These
pneumatic door units are airtight and resonance free at all speeds. Safety is always one of the key issues at Tamware when designing door systems.

City Line- Door Solutions for Local Transport
The City Line doors are designed for local transportation. These light profile constructed doors are well protected against corrosion and enable the use of large windows.
Safety, easy installation and a minimal need of maintenance make City Line a strong, solid choice. Pneumatic and electrical options are available.
Polar
An inward opening door with the mechanism placed above the doorway, suitable for low floor buses due to
its structure. Polare allows the use of wide doorways, enabling passengers to enter and exit the bus easily. Minimal maintenance is required for its operational
reliability.
Pallas
An outswinging door where the mechanism is placed above the doorway. Pallas is suitable for low floor
buses as a middle or rear door. This is a simple door solution and included few wearing parts.
Finslide
A Tamware innovation. The unique Finslide is a side-ways-sliding door that takes up a minimal amount of space both inside and outside when opening. The door opens only slightly outwards, then slides along
the side of the vehicle. It is a suitbale door solution for modern low floor buses.

Door Opening and Closing Controller with Antisquash System
Functions
Control the door opening and closing with antisquash system. It has sensibilityregulation, output and beeper configuration to locking indication, input to remotecontrol signal, input to sensible board signal, impact reducing at the end of closingcourse of the door and time regulation to the vertical driven.
Connection
Electronic Control Unit Instructions
ECU 12V - 54.081ECU 24V - 54.028
PIN 1 Input remote control signal “OPEN”. When receives a negative signal thecontroller open the door with the same time function and protection of the openingand closing key.
PIN 2 Input remote control signal “CLOSE”. When receives a negative signal thecontroller close the door with the same time functions and protection of the openingand closing key.
PIN 3 Connection to negative (GND). Cable section to be use must be 2,5mm².
PIN 4 Connection with the tachograph output. This pin guarantee the door will notbe opening with the vehicle in move. So, the tachograph should send a positivesignal to this pin when the vehicle is on a speed under 3km/h. Since this speed thesignal is interrupt and the controller doesn’t allow opening the door.
PIN 5 Emergency input signal. When receive a negative signal the controller openthe door for about 0,5 seconds. This signal is transmitted through the emergencyinternal lever, and its use is obligatory to the perfect activation workings.
PIN 6 Light Connection of opening door. When the door is opening or the engine isrealizing a opening or closing door movement, is liberated a negative signal in thispin which will light a bulb localized in the door.
PIN 7 Engine Connection
PIN 8 Engine Connection
5
PIN 9 Connection to +12 or 24 Vcc, cable section to be use should be 2,5mm²
PIN 10 Key connection to the door end course. Must be used the key NF contact. While the door is opening, the key will send a negative signal to the product. When the door is almost closed, the key will be driven, cutting the negative signal. In this moment, the module will actuate over the engine, reducing its speed. It make the door doesn’t hit strongly at the end closing course.
PIN 11 Input sensible bord signal. Always when this pin receives a GND signal of sensible board, the module opens the door, as long as the door still doesn’t touch the ending course key.
PIN 12 Connection to the door opening and closing key. When the key is pressed, the product recognizes the negative signal and the engine makes the opening or closing movement, alternately. This signal should be sent also by the rotary command of exter-nal emergency, using the micro-key NF contact, allowing the external rotary command to open or close the door outwardly. Use it in this form is obligatory.
Beeper Function
At the back side module, there is a output to connected the beeper. When themodule receives the door closing command, this beeper executes a intermittentindication for about three seconds, indicating the door will be close. This function canbe habilitate or disable, as per a client choice. To this configuration there is a key, beside the beeper connector, which habilitates or disables this function, according tothe below steps:
Habilitate beeper function Press the key “CONFIG BEEPER”. The beeper shouldindicate with two presses the function is habilitated.
Disable beeper function Press the key “CONFIG BEEPER”. The beeper shouldindicate with one press the function is disabled.
6
Antisquash Adjustment
At the back module, there are two keys to execute the antisquash sensibilityadjustment, that range from 6A to 12A in 12Vcc and from 3,5A to 9A in 24Vcc. Thekeys to this configuration are stressed in the figure below.
Time adjustment to the after ending course pressure
With three keys of the back side of the piece is possible adjust the enginedriven time, at the moment the pressure is done.
Increase the pressure time: Press at the same time the CONF BEEPER and+SENSIBILITY key.
Lower the pressure time: Press at the same time de CONFIG BEEPER and – SENSIBILITY key.
All the time this combination of key is pressed, the module executes aindication corresponding to the time the vertical remains drive, blink the door bulband beeper together.
The “pressure” is driven by the module when the engine PWM process, to the correspondent whereupon was configured by the keys.
7
EXAMPLE: If the module was configured to 2 seconds driven ofpressure and after one second the door still hit the doorjamb which locking the door, the module automatically turn off the engine when the current hit 16,8A. This is amaximal current the module can provide.
IMPORTANT: We indicate a pressure time between 0 and 0,5 seconds
Other Specifications
•Current maximal of the door light: 7A
•The engine outputs are lock by relay, so it doesn’t have protection againstshort circuit.
•The door light output doesn’t have protection against short-circuit with batterypositive signal, because its driven is made of electro-mechanic relay.
•Prove always the sensibility with the reversion occurs on the door closingmovement. In opposite case should be invert the cable position connected onpin 7 and 8 of the connector.
•In vehicles without tachograph the pin 4 of the connector should be connectedin +12Vcc or +24Vcc.
•When the product turns on at the first time and the key is pensioned, theproduct executes a door opening movement.
