No.II(2)EF/587/2013.-In exercise of the powers conferredby section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (TamilNadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu herebydeclares that the area, the boundaries of which are specifiedin the Schedule below as reserved forest with effect on andfrom 13.2.2014.

North:-The boundary starting from the tri-junction pointof survey field Nos.858, 856, 857 all of No. 45, NatrapalayamVillage and runs towards east along the southern side ofsurvey field No. 856, western side of survey field No. 839,North west and southern sides of survey field No.838 andpasses through the junction point of survey field No. 838,839 and 837 southern side of survey field No. 837, westand southern sides survey field No. 832 and 831 south

and eastern sides of survey field No. 830 east southernside of S.No. 829, South and eastern sides of S.No. 828eastern side of survey field No. 827, southern side of surveyfield No. 819 south and eastern sides of survey field No.818 eastern side of survey field No. 817, south and easternside of survey field No. 815 south and eastern sides ofsurvey field No. 814, eastern side of survey field No. 813and reaches the tri-junction point of survey field No. 813,779, 780 all of Village No. 45, Natrapalayam Village.

East:- Thence, the boundary runs turns towards southand run along the southern side of survey field No. 780 andmeets the western boundary of Biligundalu Reserved forest(Notified in Revenue Department Notification No.673 dated6.11.1887 published at pages 895 and 896 in Fort St. GeorgeGazette, dated 15-11-1887) and runs along with the sameboundary and reaches the tri-junction point of survey fieldNos. 873 and 857 of No. 45 Natrapalayam Village andBiligundalu reserved forest boundary.

South:- Thence, the boundary turns towards west andruns along northern side of survey field Nos. 873, 872, 871,870 and passes through the tri-junction point of surveyfieldback No. 870, 869, 868 and along northern side of surveyfield Nos. 868, 865,866, 864 and 862 all of Village No. 45,Natrapalayam Village and meets then tri-junction point ofsurvey field Nos. 862, 861 and 857 of the said Village.

West:- Thence, the boundary turns towards north andruns along the eastern side of survey field Nos. 861 and858 all of Village No. 45 Natrapalayam Village and meetsthe starting point.

ADMITTED RIGHTS

To proceed from poomarathukuzhi to Addapallam surveyfield No. 872. This path way commences from survey fieldNo. 819, running through the forest block and reachesKuppusamy land survey field No. 872. The path way isallowed to a length of 559.3 meters and to a width of12 meters within the forest block.

No.II(2)/HO/590/2013.-In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of CriminalProcedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor ofTamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras,hereby Makes the following amendment to the HomeDepartment Notification No.II(2)/HO/463/2010, published atpage 590 of Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu GovernmentGazette, dated the 21st July 2010.

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the expression “Tiruvaiyaru”,the expression “Pattukkottai” shall be substituted.

Whereas, complaints have been received from a numberof depositors that Messers Star Vision Innovative MarketingPrivate Limited, Virudhunagar District, a financialestablishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made bythe depositore after maturity;

And Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the saidfinancial establishment is not likely to return the deposits tothe depositors and hence, the Government have to protectthe interests of such depositors;

And Whereas, the movable properties specified in theSchedule to this order are alleged to have been procuredby the said financial establishment from and out of thedeposits collected from the depositors;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bysection 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests ofDepositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Naduhereby makes an Ad-interim order attaching the movableproperties standing in the name of the proprietor of Messer’sStar Vision Innovative Marketing Private Limited, VirudhunagarDistrict as specified in the Scheduled to this order andtransfers the control over the said movable properties to theCompetent Authority, namely, the District Revenue Officer,Virudhunagar District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority, Virudhunagar District isrequested to pursue further action in accordance with theprocedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in theTamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in FinancialEstablishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for theTamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in FinancialEstablishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to rendernecessary assistance to the Competent Authority in fillingthe application before the said Special Court.

of depositors that Messers Subasree Emu Farms IndiaLimited, Dindigul District, a financial establishment, hasdefaulted the return of deposits made by the depositoreafter maturity;

And Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the saidfinancial establishment is not likely to return the depositsto the depositors and hence, the Government have to protectthe interests of such depositors;

And Whereas, the movable and immovable propertiesspecified in the Schedule to this order are alleged to havebeen procured by the said financial establishment from andout of the deposits collected from the depositors;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bySection 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests ofDepositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 (TamilNadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu herebymakes an ad-interim order attaching the movable andimmovable properties standing in the name of the partnersof Messer’s Subasree Emu Farms India Private Limited,Dindigul District as specified in the Scheduled to this orderand transfers the control over the said movable andimmovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely,the Competent Authority and District Revenue Officer,Dindigul District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority, and District Revenue Officer,Dindigul is requested to pursue further action in accordancewith the procedure laid down in sub-sections (3) and (4)of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalitiesprescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests ofDepositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for theTamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in FinancialEstablishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested to rendernecessary assistance to the Competent Authority in filingthe application before the said Special Court.

of depositors that Messers Venkateswara Investments,Namakkal District, a financial establishment, has defaultedthe return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

And Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the saidfinancial establishment is not likely to return the depositsto the depositors and hence, the Government have to protectthe interests of such depositors;

Whereas, Complaints have been received from anumber of depositors that Messers Bhavani Alma EmuFarms alias Messrs Alma Emu Farms, Erode District, afinancial establishment has defaulted the return of depositsmade by the depositors after maturity;

And Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the saidfinancial establishment is not likely to return the depositsto the depositors and hence, the Government have to protectthe interests of such depositors;

And Whereas, the movable and immovable propertiesspecified in the Schedule to the order are alleged to havebeen procured by the said financial establishment from andout of the deposits collected from the depositors;

Whereas, Complaints have been received from anumber of depositors that Messer’s Jenith HerbalsNamakkal District, a financial establishment has defaultedthe return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

And Whereas, the Government is satisfied that the saidfinancial establishment is not likely to return the depositsto the depositors and hence, the Government have to protectthe interests of such depositors;

And Whereas, the immovable properties specified in theSchedule to this order are alleged to have been procuredby the said financial establishment from and out of thedeposits collected from the depositors;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred bySection 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests ofDepositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 (TamilNadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu herebymakes an Ad-interim order attaching the immovableproperties standing in the name of the partners of MessersJenith Herbals Namakkal District, as specified in theSchedule to this order and transfer the control over thesaid immovable properties to the Competent Authority,namely, the Competent Authority and District RevenueOfficer, Namakkal District appointed under the said Act.
