• Start with basic kiosk and office workers• Make sure you have a complete inventory of all

applications used in your environment• Avoid virtual desktop conversation with users

• Everything was blamed on virtual• If possible, deploy new hardware• Tools outside of the standard VMware tools are

needed if you are doing anything beyond basic desktop deployments
