You can find links to websites and information to help with this on our website under the Home Learning Help section in the ‘About Our Classes – Year 3’ tab. Maths and Literacy For your daily Maths and Literacy lessons please use BBC bitesize. Click on the link then ‘Start a Lesson’ and choose Year 3. There is a new Maths and Literacy lesson each day. Maths this week is on the subject of CAPACITY: comparing, adding, subtracting and also STATISTICS covering pictograms and bar charts Literacy this week will cover various writing genres: newspaper writing, instruction writing, creative writing and a comic book! Continue to practise those tables using timestableme or Times Tables Rockstars. Don’t forget to do the divisions and then a mixture. Do continue with your reading each day. J.K. PSHE Although this pandemic has been a challenging time for everyone, there have been many positives and the goodness of human nature has been very evident, thankfully! Have a think of some of the positives that have come out of lockdown for you…Record them on the print-off sheet provided. Thursday’s Bitesize is all about Singing and Well Being so do join in and Keep Smiling!
