Maintain Don’t GainReady to take action? Start the Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge and see how a few, easy changes to your daily routine can make a big difference in managing your weight and improving your health. Stay active, eat well and earn points to complete the challenge goal.
How it worksThe challenge provides an incentive to make four simple activities a part of your life every day. For each activity you do, you will receive one point. You can earn up to six total points per day. And your goal is to accumulate 120 points in four weeks.
