Stage 1- The Clarity Builder™ Clarify your wants and needs.

This is the prequalification process. Clarify the customers wants and needs. Helping them

determine their budget and affordability options along with explaining the various mortgage

products and programs and which might be best for them. This process will also obtain their

prequalification or pre-approval certificate which will strengthen their purchase offer. It is also

important to remember we have 2 customers on each transaction – borrower and realtor. This is

about building our relationship with the agent and knowing their wants and needs also.

Stage 2: The Tailored Solution™ Finding the right fit.

The Borrower has found their home, and now we need to tailor the mortgage solution with a

program to best fit borrower needs and start with their loan application. It is important to find

the best program and interest rate to make their new home a reality. At this time, they will

begin their formal application and work as a team with their loan coordinator (processor) as we

guide them through the paperwork process. It is also finding the best solution on how we can

work together with the agent establishing our communication and managing expectations.

Stage 3-The Green Light Gameplan™ You’re approved – Go!

Great News! Your loan has been approved! This is your mortgage approval stage and your loan

coordinator works with you to meet any outstanding conditions. Once everything is in place,

your loan will be cleared for closing.

Stage 4- The Welcome Home Experience™ Closing Process.

Your mortgage application has been cleared for closing and the legal paperwork for the

property is being gathered. All of the attorneys will work to schedule your closing and we can

welcome you officially to your new home. We are in the home stretch, schedule the closing and

you can have the keys to move in.

Stage 5- The Raving Fans Report™ Your opinion matters.

Our company goal is to Deliver the Home Loan Experience. We can only accomplish our goals

if we go beyond our customer’s expectations. After closing, each borrower is sent a survey in

order to share all their feedback. As a gift for completing the survey, they are entered into our

Homebuyer’s Privileges Program. Starting soon, we will also be adding you our realtors to our

raving fans survey. As a stakeholder, your opinion is extremely valuable and we hope you will

help us continue to meet yours and your client’s goals.
