Keep it simple

Consider one page resume such as a ‘Novoresume’ style

Key Elements:
Be concise
Highlight your successes – use bullet points & numerical data
Use ‘North American Standard’ – i.e. no personal data, only 2-3 pages, etc.
No duplication of information
Explain gaps & only go back 15 years max.
