The Esquire apartments pair designers with lifestyle brands to come up with rooms that show off theproducts – and let people know what's on the trend horizon for design and luxury goods. Every otheryear, they pick a location in Los Angeles to house the apartment – but this year they are back in NewYork. Over the years, the project has raised more than $8.5 million in charity as they host a series ofcharity events in each location. Tonight's opening party benefits the Fresh Air Fund.
