“After our last class we visited the Taza website, and learned about a “Chocolate Week” Taza was sponsoring in a jungle lodge in Belize to learn about chocolate first hand. It sounded amazing and we decided to sign up to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. In addition to learning about chocolate, we learned about Belize, Mayan civilization and howler monkeys. Who knows what the next class from the Harbor

Institute will lead to.”
