• Utilize RRS reserve funds for initiatives and program approaches that stimulate residential or single-stream recycling within Partner Cities. This program will allow for roll-out carts purchases, and other program expenses that will demonstrably increase recycling within a Partner City.

By city commission or city manager (authority may vary by city)
Payout of funds to city within 30 days
Reporting Process: Progress report to staff (between
May November, 2012 Narrative Outcomes Expenses
Final report May 1, 2013 Cost information (Audit
requirements): $5,000 - $499,999 = link to
audited financial statements within 60 days
> $500,000 = certified financial statements within 90 days
