ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL DIVISIONS

MRO 077/2003-04. Pursuant to the powers vested in me by subsection 54(1) of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance withsection 357 of the said Act, I hereby order that the boundaries of the following school divisions be altered, effective January 1, 2004,in the manner set forth herein:

Sub-division No. 3 of the Melville-Deer Park School Division No. 143 of Saskatchewan —

Adding thereto:

In Township 21, Range 7, west of the Second Meridian: the northwest quarter of section 3 and the south half of section 10;

Sub-division No. 1 of the Aspen Grove School Division No. 144 of Saskatchewan —

Taking therefrom:

In Township 21, Range 7, west of the Second Meridian: the northwest quarter of section 3 and the south half of section 10.

I further order, pursuant to section 118 of The Education Act, 1995, that the education portion of any property tax owing on theaforementioned land as of January 1, 2004, shall be payable to the Board of Education of the Aspen Grove School Division No. 144of Saskatchewan.

The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997[sections 35 and 36]

__________

ORDER FOR ROAD RESTRICTIONS ON PROVINCIAL HIGHWAY NO. 308

Pursuant to section 35 of The Highway and Transportation Act, 1997;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that effective 12:00 Midnight, April 8, 2001, and until further notice, vehicles other than thoseexempted below and those vehicles described in subsections 3(1) and (2) of the The Vehicle Weight and Dimensions Regulations, 1999, onthe following provincial highway:

Provincial Highway No. 308 from its intersection with Provincial Highway No. 8 to the junction of the Primary Grid 600, except for:

(i) when directly crossing Provincial Highway No. 308 at an intersecting public highway;

shall be restricted as follows:

- the maximum gross vehicle weight not to exceed 8 000 kg (17,600 lbs.);

- the maximum gross weight on any axle unit not to exceed 6 000 kg (13,200 lbs.);

the restriction applies to all vehicles except those listed below:

- emergency vehicles;

- Department of Highways and Transportation vehicles when conducting maintenance or accessing sites on or along therestricted highway;

- Sask Power vehicles when accessing sites along the restricted route;
