2017 SPRING BOOKING PROGRAM Effective January 1, 2017

RedMax Power Equipment is sold only through authorized dealers appointed and serviced by Carswell

Distributing. A minimum order of 25 units must be booked to qualify for the 2017 Spring Terms.

Orders may be financed through GE, TCF Inventory Finance or Carswell Open Account (qualified

buyers).

Pre-Season Order Terms Order Period: January 1, 2017 through February 28, 2017

Shipping Period: January 1, 2017 through February 28, 2017

Program Qualifications

Dealer must place a minimum booking order of 25 units to qualify as a stocking dealer

Dealer Booking orders must be placed by February 28, 2017 and shipped by February 28, 2017

to qualify for freight and terms

Original unit booking quantity will determine dealers discount bracket for the entire season

Non Stocking Dealers are not eligible for Bid Assistance and Fleet Rebates

2017 REDMAX BID ASSIST PROGRAM Effective January 1, 2017

RedMax has established a tax-exempt bid program to enable RedMax retailers to compete for bids to

any government or tax-supported agency including municipal, county, and state governments, tax-

supported charitable agencies and all agencies required by law to seek competitive bids, any non-profit

tax-exempt organization, churches and church supported schools, public schools and educational

institutions, and non-profit cemetery organizations. Items sold under bid assistance program to these

non-profit organizations are not for re-sale. All Bid Assist Sales must be discounted a minimum of

10% from the suggested list price to qualify for Bid Assistance.

Program Guidelines

The local dealer bids and services the account.

Dealers are required to sell products at a Minimum of 10% Discount off the suggested retail

pricing in order to qualify for the Bid Assistance Credit.

Dealers will receive Bid Assist Rebate Credit in accordance with the Bid Assistance Rebate

Schedule attached. The amount of rebate credit is the fixed reimbursement amount, regardless

of price paid.

Only one (1) non-profit agency is permitted per claim form.

Non-current products, line, oil, accessories and parts are not eligible for Bid Assistance.

2017 REDMAX FLEET PROGRAM Effective January 1, 2017

The Redmax Fleet Program is designed to provide large commercial customers a volume discount on

major purchases of new Jonsered and RedMax equipment. This program is only available to

companies or agencies who are involved in the commercial landscaping or arborist business on a full

time basis.

Program Guidelines

Dealers are eligible for a Fleet Program reimbursement when the following requirements are met:

The commercial end-user purchase totals a minimum of 6 points in new, serialized Jonsered

and RedMax equipment on one invoice.

Points will be accumulated on the units purchased as follows:
