Banyan L E A F (Leading and Empowering Associates
Forward) Program is about identifying and
developing potential associates in JG 5. It is a self-
regulated career development program requiring
high levels of self-discipline and commitment. It is an
opportunity to prepare these managers for a higher
position.
Once a location is available, the successful LEAFER
who is most ready is endorsed for promotion.
However, there is no guarantee that the LEAFER gets
the promotion even if he/she passes the Banyan LEAF
Program because, it is the best candidate among all
who will get the job. It will entirely depend on timing,
opportunity, location fit and readiness of the LEAFER.

The GLW is a five-day workshop conducted annually
for all property Learning/Training Managers to align

will be assessed and upgraded. One day will be
devoted to CSR training. To enhance the learning
experience of the participants, the program
incorporates another day for a highly-interactive
course conducted by an external professional
speaker.

Conflict Resolution in the Workplace - TTT
This course is designed to serve as an introduction to
conflict resolution in the workplace and to provide
the participant with various activities in order to
sharpen their skills and to apply these skills to problems
of intervention in interpersonal conflicts.
Participants will be able to effectively deal with
workplace conflict in order to bring important issues
to light, open the lines of communication and
strengthen relationships among the associates of our
property. In doing so, the property will become more
efficient in serving our guests, creating a sense of

management can take when an associate has a
