Chapter Nr. 1. Objectives

1.1 An office space at the Stefan cel Mare Street will be the perfect

place for my office, because the centre is the place of the big

congestion of people. So, many people will can see my office,

which is called “A wine tour in Moldova”.

1.2 The bank which helps me to develop my business is

MobiasBanca. It is the international bank, so I haven’t problems

with raiders, intern economic problems and so one.

1.3 Development of the office.

To do my best, I need an office space, with 3 rooms, 8

performance computers from the Asus firm, which I will buy from

computer salon “Matrix”.

10 tables, 15 chairs from the furniture factory “Confort” SRL, a

small kitchen and toilet also from “Confort” SRL.

Air conditioner and cooler from “Alina Electronic”.

Design must be interesting, in Moldovan style, with bottles of

wine. The sign will be made by a painter from the IANDES

STUDIO SRL from Chisinau.

The stationery for work will be presented by Erick Crause

Company.

The interior design will be made by the firm “Casa moderna”.

1.4 Employes.

I need a vice-director, who should have antreprenorial abilities,

who will can to administrate the office in case of my absence.

Wage 5000 lei.

A merchandise should know which kinds of wine are better, also

he or she should know about the technologies of producing of

wine, and be able to define the quality of wine. Wage 4500 lei.

An economist should have also antreprenorial abilities. He or she

should know the economic laws, to present and give new ideas for

the development of the business. Wage 5000 lei.

A bookkeeper should be able to write well accounting, to conduct

correctly calculation of money. Wage 4500 lei.

The manager should be sociable, respectable, smart and he or she

should know how to speak with consumers, how to convince them

to get the most expensive tours. Wage 3500 lei.

And at last, the secretary, should have abilities to work with the

computer, should have knowledge in basis informatics and

economic informatics. Wage 3200.

Janitor. Wage 1500 lei.

1.5 Organization of business activity

The office will work everyday, from Monday till Sunday, with the

next programme:

Monday 9:00-18:00

Tuesday 9:00-18:00

Wednesday 9:00-18:00

Thursday 9:00-18:00

Friday 9:00-18:00

Saturday 10:00-16:00

Sunday 10:00-12:00

Lunch time 13:00-14:00

Every week will be a meeting of all members of the office in order

to determine the tour sales.

Every month, the bookkeeper must give financial reports.

Every 6 months will be a conference, in which every worker must

give his or her own statistic projects in order to determine in

which side the business of wine tour develops.

Every year will take place a meeting, where will be determined the

best worker of the year.
