T-Rex on the sharkskin Not so limited
This is a beautiful time piece that I really like My big question on this one is that
I thought only 23 where produced Mine is 37672 I was dissappointed to learn
that it was NOT that exclusive
I am keeping the watch because of its beauty but I will be very cautious of any
more one 23 to go around emails

I was surprised by the 672 number also and I remembered I had seen that 672
number in one of the photos of the Trex gen II auto on yellow strap I wondered
then if it was maybe numbered for a ttv when they were thinking of going back on
shop a couple of months ago I dont think they have made or are making 672 of
that color with the shark strap That may be why they have several different
straps on a Trex Gen II 2824 I am glad they are using 2824s on that piece and if
they are making 672 with the shark I am still happy with my purchase

It is a beautiful piece that I am proud to have in my collection The price with a
sharkskin band was very good Now if you dont mind leather they are even
cheaper
I did send an email to CS and here is their replay
Message I wanted to write because I thought these were limited to 23 pieces and
the one I received today was 37672 I am keeping the watch but I am
disappointed and feel that I was mislead
I hope it was a case where I miss read the email and ad Please let me know if I am
mistaken I love my Renatos and I am keeping this one because of its beauty

Im still wondering whats going on with the limited edition Mostro 7750s
Supposedly all 50 of the purplegreen sold out but when they got more
movements they made more quantity available I think its messed up to have a
set number of pieces and then pull something like that Now on all my Renatos I
have to wonder if the number on the caseback is really the number in existence

I dont think we know if they had all fifty of each variation or not when they first
put them up for sale Also we dont know if they sold out or they just took them
down for awile to change the price They are listed as 50 of each variation limited
editions We can speculate but we dont know If someone has a number over 50
then there is an issue Other than that there is just too much we dont know By
the way I would love mine if there were 5000 of them but it shouldnt be sold as
limited edition if it is not And because it happened in the past doesnt mean it
happened in this case or happens at all now

I recall that Renato had a LE issue a few years back something about putting out

million watches since the creation of Renato You do dont sell a million watches
in just a couple years by making 35 50 or 100 of each modelunless the one
million number is as trustworthy as the claim of limited edition numbers

Lets remember that Mink has publicly claimed in email ads to have sold over a
million watches since the creation of Renato You do dont sell a million watches
in just a couple years by making 35 50 or 100 of each modelunless the one
million number is as trustworthy as the claim of limited edition numbers

I dont think we know if they had all fifty of each variation or not when they first
put them up for sale Also we dont know if they sold out or they just took them
down for awile to change the price They are listed as 50 of each variation limited
editions We can speculate but we dont know If someone has a number over 50
then there is an issue Other than that there is just too much we dont know By
the way I would love mine if there were 5000 of them but it shouldnt be sold as
limited edition if it is not And because it happened in the past doesnt mean it
happened in this case or happens at all now

I recall that Renato had a LE issue a few years back something about putting out
several LE versions of the same watch It caused quite a stink
