Functional training.

Functional Training is currently the HOT TOPIC in the fitness sector. For any trend-conscious fitness

studio it’s an absolute must to offer members an innovative and motivating “Functional Area”. Unlike

training on machines, which tends to be a static process, functional training gets the focus back on to

our natural flow of movement.

However, the fact that you do need extra space is often a big issue; most fitness studios simply do not

have this extra space for a functional exercise area. Faced with this challenge, Cube Sports has devised

a solution which can provide a flexible and space-efficient use of course rooms – and that in the right

setting with the right look.

COOPERaTION wITh LudwIg aRTzT gmbh. Since the end of 2015 Cube Sports has been working in cooperation with the company, Ludwig Artzt

GmbH, to extend its product portfolio with smaller functional apparatus. In this cooperation with

Ludwig Artzt we have made adaptations for numerous products (Bosu balance trainers, kettlebells,

barbells etc.) which can be used for functional exercises on the multi-function wall. Further adapta-

tions also offer the possibility of using the wall as a “storage system”.

the Multi-Function Wall.

When developing the space-efficient multi-function wall Cube Sports concentrated their efforts on

meeting the gym owners’ requirements. The wall, which is individually adjusted to fit any room,

not only transfers an unused wall surface into a true training surface, but also offers a range of

opportunities to make use of additional functional equipment. The individual branding (high-quality

UV printing) of the wall also offers a visually very appealing setting for the functional training area.

the Plug-in SySteM.

With the help of patented T-vents, various adaptations can be hooked in but, if necessary, they

can also be re-arranged in a different order. A major advantage of the plug-in system is that it

is so versatile in setting-up and arranging the accessories. This way, the training stations can be

optimally adjusted to meet the requirements of the people working out and also offer them new

training possibilities. Modular elements like cubes, walls, honeycombs are the ideal addition to the

multi-function wall, offering connecting beams and poles and an optimal use of the entire area.

In terms of integral space solutions by Cube Sports, we like to advise our customers in three stages:

– there is no other training system which can be used in such various and targeted ways and which

also appeals to a wide range of target groups:

• Identification and utilization of unused walls

• Finding the suitable adaptations for the relevant target group

• Selection of the functional equipment

Following this, the graphic design of the products will take place after an individual branding session.

The total price includes up to three correction requests. Subsequent changes or requests are possible

at an additional cost.
