Kartonreiter ankleben1. beschrifteten Reiter vom Bogen

des gewünschten Buchstabens schräg von hinten an der Mappeansetzen, das beschriftete Feld dient hierbei als Anschlagkante

5. den Reiter an die gewünschten Stelle kleben und fest andrücken

Beschriftungsmöglichkeiten

Manuelle ReiterbeschriftungVerwenden Sie zum Beschriften vonHand den Allstoffschreiber, Artikel-Nr.90 00 20. Diese Tinte trocknet sofortund ist absolut wischfest. Kugel-schreiber-Schrift kann verschmierenund/oder im Laufe der Zeit aus-bleichen.Wichtig: Beginnen Sie mit der Be-schriftung des Reiters ganz links! Soist gewährleistet, dass das Anfangs-zeichen im MAPPEI-System immersichtbar ist.

Mit P-Touch-BeschriftungsgerätTippen Sie auf der P-Touch-TastaturIhre Aktenbeschriftung ein. Kurz einKnopfdruck DRUCK und schon kommtder beschriftete Selbstklebestreifen(Breite 9mm) aus der Maschine.Bedruckte Folie abschneiden und aufden Reiter kleben. Fertig ist die perfekte Beschriftung!

Konfektionierung durch MAPPEISie geben uns Ihre Daten als EXCEL-Datei, wir erledigen die Beschriftung.Auf Wunsch kleben wir die Reiterauch gleich an die Mappen. SprechenSie uns an!

How to use

How to adhere cardboard tabs1. peel off the labelled tab from the

sheet2. fold the labelled field of the tab3. press the small field firmly onto

the large adhesive area4. now hold the tab at the position

of the desired letter at an angle from the back of the file, the labelled field acts as the reference edge

5. stick the tab at the desired position and press firmly

Labelling options

Manual tab labellingUse the universal marker (article No.90 00 20) to write on the tab by hand.This ink dries immediately and isabsolutely smudge-proof. Ballpointpen ink can smudge and/or fade withtime.Important: Start writing on the farleft side of the tab! This ensures thatthe initial letter or symbol is alwaysvisible in the MAPPEI-system.

Using the P-Touch labelling deviceType your file label on the P-Touchkeyboard. A short click of the PRINTkey and the labelled self-adhesivestrip (width 9mm) comes out of themachine. Cut the foil to the desiredlength and stick it onto the tab. Theperfect label is ready!

Labelling by MAPPEIYou give us your data as an EXCEL fileand we do the labelling. If you wish,we´ll stick them straight onto the filesas well. Get in touch with us!

Manipulation

Coller les cavaliers en carton1. Détachez le cavalier rempli de la

planche2. Repliez le champ rempli3. Appuyez le petit champ sur la

grande surface adhésive 4. Appliquez ensuite le cavalier en

biais à la position de la lettre voulue sur le dossier, par derrière; le champ rempli sert debutée

5. Collez le cavalier à l´endroit vouluet appuyez bien

Possibilités d´étiquetage

Etiquetage manuelPour porter une inscription à la mainsur le cavalier, utilisez le marqueuruniversel réf. 90 00 20. Cette encresèche immédiatement sans aucunebavure. Les stylos à bille peuventtacher et/ou s´estomper avec letemps.Important: pour remplir le cavalier,commencez à gauche! De cette façon,le caractère initial est toujours visibledans le système MAPPEI.

Etiquetageavec l´étiqueteuse P-TouchSaisissez le nom du dossier à l´aide duclavier de la P-Touch. Appuyezbrièvement sur la touche IMPRES-SION et l´étiquette adhésif (largeur:9mm) sort de l´étiqueteuse avec soninscription. Découpez le film impriméet collez-le sur le cavalier. C´est tout!
