Mr. Subhodh has promoted to manager of Engineering Department after working

5 years as a engineer in a leading manufacturing company.

He was excellent as design engineer and developed three new products.

He update his knowledge as per external evironment change.

Fortnightly vice president called a meeting

With Mr. Subodh to provide full prove plans for the big export order of a product design by him.

At a meeting Mr. Subodh was Feel hesitate in presenting the plan.

Mr. Subodh was coordinating with eng. Departmentsince last 15 years but, as a manager he feelshimself in presure and works for 12hrs a day.
