After having surgery for multiple breaks to my elbow, Taoist Tai Chi greatly helped the rehabilitation process to enable me to use my arm normally. My balance has improved and I find a set of tai chi very relaxing for both my mind and body.” Gay Boden “Since starting Taoist Tai Chi, my blood pressure has dropped so much, that my GP is contemplating taking me off my tablets. I am finding that I am sleeping better, more relaxed, handling stress better and meditating better.” Gerard Bowe “I found Taoist Tai Chi has given me more flexibility and really notice the stiffness in my body when I miss a session. Most of all I have enjoyed meeting new people who enjoy tai chi.” Jan Barrett “I have just finished the beginner course of Taoist Tai Chi, and have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects. The teachers are wonderful, and learning in a relaxed group setting has added to the enjoyment. Leisa Campbell “I appreciate the calm, centred and balanced way of learning and practising Taoist Tai Chi. I have found stillness within myself, and enjoy the improved flexibility, balance, strength and aerobic fitness that Taoist Tai Chi has given me. Janita Adams “I injured my back in Vietnam in 1968. I experienced pain and discomfort for 10 years until I discovered chiropractors – helpful but expensive. Since starting Taoist Tai Chi a year ago, I am experiencing less pain.” Lloyd Mitchell
