Cautions for the built-inbattery

5 TERMINATIONThis Agreement is effective until terminated.You may terminate it at any time by destroyingthe Software. The Agreement also will termi-nate if you do not comply with any terms orconditions of this Agreement. Upon such ter-mination, you agree to destroy the Software.

6 U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERSIf the Software is being acquired by or on be-half of the United States government or anyother entity seeking or applying rights similarto those customarily claimed by the UnitedStates government, the Data is licensed with“Limited Rights”. Utilization of the Software issubject to the restrictions specified in the“Rights in Technical Data” clause at DFARS252.227-7013, or the equivalent clause for non-defense agencies. 7 MISCELLANEOUSThis is the entire Agreement between Pioneerand you regarding its subject matter. Nochange in this Agreement shall be effectiveunless agreed to in writing by Pioneer. Ifany provision of this Agreement is declared in-valid or unenforceable, the remaining provi-sions of this Agreement shall remain in fullforce and effect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSFOR THE TELE ATLAS DATAEnd User Licensing TermsTHIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (THE “AGREE-MENT”) BETWEEN YOU, THE END USER, ANDPIONEER and its licensors of Data product(sometimes collectively “Licensors”). BYUSING YOUR COPY OF THE LICENSED DATA,YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDI-TIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1 Grant of License.Licensors grant you a non-transferable, nonex-clusive license to use the map data and busi-ness points of interest information (the“POIs”), owned by Tele Atlas, (together, the“Data”) contained on these discs, solely forpersonal, non-commercial use and not to op-erate a service bureau or for any other use in-volving the processing of data of otherpersons or entities. You may make one (1)copy of the Data for archival or backup pur-poses only but you may not otherwise copy, re-produce, modify, make derivative works, derivethe structure of or reverse engineer the Data.The Data is restricted for use with thePIONEER Product(s). The Data contains confi-dential and proprietary information and mate-rials, and may contain trade secrets, so youagree to hold the Data in confidence and intrust and not to disclose the Data or any por-tions in any form, including by renting, leas-ing, publishing, leasing, sublicensing ortransferring the Data to any third party. Youare explicitly prohibited from downloading thedigital maps and programmes contained inthe Data or from transferring these to anotherdata carrier or computer. You are prohibitedfrom removing or obscuring any copy right,trademark notice or restricted legend.

2 Ownership.The Data is copyrighted by Tele Atlas and its Li-censors and they retain all ownership rights inthe Data. You agree not to alter, remove, oblit-

erate, or obscure any copyright notice or pro-prietary legend contained in or on the Data.

3 Limitation of Liability.NEITHER TELE ATLAS NOR ITS SUPPLIERSSHALL BE LIABLE TO THE UNDERSIGNEDFOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DA-MAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT,INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR COSTS OFCOVER, LOSS OF USE OR BUSINESS INTER-RUPTION OR THE LIKE, REGARDLESS OFWHETHER THE PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THEPOSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CON-TRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, TELE ATLASSHALL HAVE NO MONETARY LIABILITY TOTHE UNDERSIGNED FOR ANY CAUSE (RE-GARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION)UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.

4 Warranty Disclaimer.THE DATA IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND“WITH ALL FAULTS BASIS” AND PIONEER,ITS LICENSORS, AND ITS LICENSED DISTRI-BUTORS AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY,“SUPPLIERS”) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALLOTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IM-PLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRIN-GEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, EFFECTIVE-NESS, COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, TITLEAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.PIONEER, ITS LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERSDO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DATAWILLMEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEOPERATION OF THE DATAWILL BE UNINTER-RUPTED OR ERROR FREE. 6 Indemnity.You agree to indemnify, defend and holdPIONEER, its Licensors, and its suppliers (in-cluding their respective licensors, suppliers,assignees, subsidiaries, affiliated companies,and the respective officers, directors, employ-ees, shareholders, agents and representatives)free and harmless from and against any liabili-ty, loss, injury (including injuries resulting indeath), demand, action, cost, expense, or

claim of any kind or character, including butnot limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of orin connection with any use or possession byyou of the Data.

7 US. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS.If End User is an agency, department, or otherentity of the United States Government, orfunded in whole or in part by the United StatesGovernment, then use, duplication, reproduc-tion, release, modification, disclosure or trans-fer of this commercial product andaccompanying documentation, is restricted inaccordance with the LIMITED or RESTRICTEDrights as described in any applicable DFARSor FAR. In case of conflict between any of theFAR and/or DFARS that may apply to the Li-censed Tele Atlas Product, the constructionthat provides greater limitations on the Gov-ernment’s rights shall control. (a) except as otherwise specifically set forthherein, license or otherwise provide the POI Li-censed Tele Atlas Products to any third partyfor the purposes of resale, sublicensing, redis-tribution or for the purpose of compiling, en-hancing, verifying, supplementing, adding toor deleting from any mailing list, geographicor trade directories, business directories, clas-sified directories, classified advertising whichis sold, rented, published, furnished or in anymanner provided to a third party;(b) make the POI Licensed Tele Atlas Productsavailable in an on-line environment unlessproperly secured and/or encrypted to preventunauthorized access to the POI Licensed TeleAtlas Products; and(c) use the POI Licensed Tele Atlas Products,either in whole or in part, as a factor in (i) es-tablishing an individual’s eligibility for creditor insurance; (ii) connection with underwritingindividual insurance; (iii) evaluating an indivi-dual for employment or promotions, reassign-ment or retention as an employee; (iv) inconnection with a determination of an indivi-dual’s eligibility for a license or other benefitgranted by a governmental authority; or (v) forsoliciting survivors of deceased persons.(d) create mailing or telemarketing lists unlessauthorized in this Agreement.(e) End User will house the POI Licensed TeleAtlas Products on the Internet behind firewallsand will implement a system of controls thatwill (i) protect the integrity of the POI LicensedTele Atlas Products; (ii) control access to thePOI Licensed Tele Atlas Products and (iii) pre-vent unauthorized usage or copying of the POILicensed Tele Atlas Products.(f) End User shall display the POI LicensedTele Atlas Product copyright notice at all timesin conjunction with the Tele Atlas copyrightnotice. a End User's use of the Brand Icon LicensedTele Atlas Product and any portion thereof,is limited to use solely for the purpose of en-hancing the value and/or use of the spatialvector data furnished or made by Tele Atlas.Notwithstanding anything to the contraryherein, or in any attachment or exhibit here-to, in no event shall End User use theBrand Icon Licensed Tele Atlas Product orany portion thereof in connection with or inconjunction with spatial street vector datafurnished or made by a party other thanTele Atlas. End User may only use theicons, brand names, logos, trademarks orother features within (and not separatefrom) the map data. c Should End User enter into any commercialarrangement for advertising, pay-for-place-ment, promotion or any similar paid brandmarketing exposure with any owners (ortheir representatives) of any of the brandicons supplied with the Brand Icon Li-censed Tele Atlas Product, Tele Atlas shallreceive no less than twenty five percent(25%) of any revenues collected in the con-text of any such commercial arrangement,unless otherwise agreed-to in advance andin writing by both parties.

10 Additional Provisions with respect toTele Atlas® 3D Landmarks Licensed TeleAtlas Product (the “3D Landmarks”):(The following provisions only refer to the pro-ducts which contain Tele Atlas® 3D LandmarksLicensed Tele Atlas Product.)Licensee agrees to include as soon as practi-cally possible, but no later than the first newrelease of the Value Added Product followingLicensee’s receipt of any 3D Landmarks, anycopyright notices related to the display of suchlandmarks on every Value Added Product andin the “about box” of the Value Added Product.Notwithstanding the aforementioned, TeleAtlas has the right to decide, at its sole discre-tion, to remove specific 3D Landmarks in sub-sequent releases of the Licensed Tele AtlasProducts. 12 Miscellaneous.This is the exclusive and complete Agreementbetween the Licensors and you regarding itssubject matter. Nothing in this Agreementshall create a joint venture, partnership orprincipal-agent relationship between the Li-censors and you. Sections 2, 5 and 7 - 11 shallsurvive the expiration or termination of thisAgreement. This Agreement may be amended,altered, or modified only by PIONEER. Youmay not assign any part of this Agreementwithout PIONEER’ prior written consent. Youacknowledge and understand that the Datamay be subject to restrictions on exportationand agree to comply with any applicable ex-port laws. In the event that any provision orpart of a provision of this Agreement is deter-mined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable,such provision or part thereof shall be strickenfrom this Agreement and the remainder of thisAgreement shall be valid, legal, and enforce-able to the maximum extent possible. WARNING! Do not attempt to install or service your navi-

gation system by yourself. Installation or servi-cing of the navigation system by personswithout training and experience in electronicequipment and automotive accessories maybe dangerous and could expose you to therisk of electric shock or other hazards.

If liquid or foreign matter should get insidethis navigation system, park your vehicle tosafe place and turn the ignition switch off(ACC OFF) immediately and consult your deal-er or the nearest authorized Pioneer ServiceStation. Do not use the navigation system inthis condition because doing so may result ina fire, electric shock, or other failure.

! If you notice smoke, a strange noise or odorfrom the navigation system, or any other ab-normal signs on the LCD screen, turn off thepower immediately and consult your dealer orthe nearest authorized Pioneer Service Sta-tion. Using this navigation system in this con-dition may result in permanent damage to thesystem.

! Do not disassemble or modify this navigationsystem, as there are high-voltage componentsinside which may cause an electric shock. Besure to consult your dealer or the nearestauthorized Pioneer Service Station for internalinspection, adjustments or repairs.

! Do not allow this product to come into contactwith liquids. Electrical shock could result.Also, damage to the product, smoke, and over-heating could result from contact with liquids.

CAUTION! When a route is calculated, the route and

voice guidance for the route are automaticallyset. Also, for day or time traffic regulations,only information about traffic regulations ap-plicable at the time when the route was calcu-lated is considered. One-way streets andstreet closures may not be taken into consid-eration. For example, if a street is open duringthe morning only, but you arrive later, it would

be against the traffic regulations so you can-not drive along the set route. When driving,please follow the actual traffic signs. Also, thesystem may not know some traffic regula-tions.

Charging the battery ofdetachable devicep Charging cannot be done when the tem-

perature is outside of the charging tem-perature range.! The operating temperature range of the

battery is from –4 °F to +140 °F.! The charging temperature range of the

battery is from 32 °F to +131 °F.p The battery of the detachable device is

charged in the following situations.! When the detachable device is attached

to the base unit, and this navigation sys-tem is connected to AV receiver whilethe ignition switch is turned on (ACCON).

! When the detachable device is con-nected to your PC.

p The battery lifetime is limited. Charged bat-tery duration will decrease with repetitivecharging. If the battery duration is extre-mely short, it may be near the end of bat-tery life span. Consult your dealer or thenearest authorized Pioneer Service Stationand replace it with a new battery.

p When the battery completely runs out orwhen the temperature is outside of thecharging temperature range, the systemcannot boot up until battery chargingstarts. In that case, it may take a few min-utes until the system boots up.

p If the navigation system does not boot upafter a while and the power indicator doesnot light, a replacement battery may beneeded.Please contact the nearest authorizedPioneer Service Station.

Eco-driving functionp The fuel mileage calculated is based on a

theoretical value determined from vehiclespeed and position information from thenavigation system. The fuel mileage dis-played is only a reference value, and does

not guarantee the mileage displayed canbe obtained.

p The Eco-driving functions are an estimateof the real time fuel consumption to aver-age fuel consumption ratio and is not anactual value.

p The Eco-driving functions and calculationstake into consideration the location of theGPS position and speed of the vehicle indetermining a value.

p Indications of this unit may be differentfrom the actual value.

p Some of the features of this device do nottake in to consideration the type of vehicleit is installed into.

Fuel cost managementThese calculations are based only on the infor-mation that you provide and not on any datafrom the vehicle. The fuel mileage displayed isonly a reference value, and does not guaranteethe fuel mileage displayed can be obtained.

Parking brake interlock

This navigation system receives the status ofthe parking brake from the connected AV recei-ver.

Certain functions (such as certain touch panelkey operations) offered by this navigation sys-tem could be dangerous and/or unlawful ifused while driving. To prevent such functionsfrom being used while the vehicle is in motion,there is an interlock system that senses whenthe parking brake is set and when the vehicleis moving. If you attempt to use the functionsdescribed above while driving, they will be-come disabled until you stop the vehicle in asafe place, and apply the parking brake.Please keep the brake pedal pushed down be-fore releasing the parking brake.p When applying the parking brake in order

to enable other functions offered by the na-vigation system, park your vehicle in a safeplace, and keep the brake pedal pusheddown before releasing the parking brake ifthe vehicle is parked on a hill or otherwisemight move when releasing the parkingbrake.

CAUTIONAccuracy/performance of interlock may be im-pacted by such factors as GPS signal detectionand conditions of the place where the vehicle isparked.

To avoid battery exhaustionBe sure to run the vehicle engine while usingthis product. Using this product without run-ning the engine can drain the battery.

WARNINGDo not install this product with vehicles that donot feature an ACC position.

Handling the SD card slotThe SD memory card and SDHC memory cardare collectively referred to as the “SD memorycard”.

CAUTION! Keep the SD memory card out of the reach of

small children to prevent them from acciden-tally swallowing it.

! To prevent data loss and damage to the sto-rage device, never remove it from this naviga-tion system while data is being transferred.

! If data loss or corruption occurs on the sto-rage device for any reason, it is usually notpossible to recover the data. Pioneer acceptsno liability for damages, costs or expensesarising from data loss or corruption.

! Never insert or eject an SD memory cardwhile driving.

Handling the USB port (Mini-B)p USB port (Mini-B) on the detachable device

is only used to connect the detachable de-vice to your PC. The system cannot recog-nize the connected USB storage device if itis connected to the USB port.

Vous pou-vez disposer d’une (1) copie de Données pourarchive ou en guise de sauvegarde de secoursuniquement mais vous ne pouvez pas reco-pier, reproduire, modifier, effectuer des travauxdérivatifs, dériver la structure ou désosser lesDonnées. 5 Résiliation.Le présent Accord sera immédiatement et au-tomatiquement résilié, sans préavis, en cas deviolation de votre part d’une de ses disposi-tions. Dans l’éventualité d’une résiliation del’accord, vous vous engagez à restituer lesdonnées (notamment l’ensemble de la docu-mentation et des copies) à PIONEER et sesfournisseurs.

6 Indemnité.Vous acceptez d’indemniser, de protéger et dedégager PIONEER, ses bailleurs de licence et

ses fournisseurs (notamment leurs bailleurs,fournisseurs, cessionnaires, filiales, sociétésaffiliées respectifs, ainsi que les membres dedirection, directeurs, employés, actionnaires,agents et représentants respectifs) de touteresponsabilité, perte, préjudice (y compris lesblessures entraînant la mort), demande, pour-suite, frais, dépenses ou de toute autre récla-mation de quelque nature que ce soit, ycompris et sans limitation, les honoraires d’a-vocat découlant de ou relatifs à l’utilisation oula détention des données.

7 PRIVILÈGES OCTROYÉS AU GOUVERNE-MENT DES ÉTATS-UNIS.Si l’Utilisateur final est une agence, un minis-tère ou toute autre entité du Gouvernementdes États-Unis ou qu’il soit financé intégrale-ment ou partiellement par le Gouvernementdes États-Unis, l’exploitation, la duplication, lareproduction, la publication, la modification,la divulgation ou le transfert de ce produitcommercial et de la documentation jointesont limités conformément aux droits LIMITÉSou RESTREINTS, tels que décrits dans lesDFARS ou FAR applicables. Conformément aux produitsTele Atlas sous licence des POI :(Les provisions suivantes ne font référencequ’aux produits contenant les adresses utilesprincipales de Tele Atlas®.)L’Utilisateur final s’engage plus particulière-ment à ne pas :(a) à moins d’une indication contraire stipuléedans les présentes, octroyer une licence oufournir d’une manière quelconque les produitsTele Atlas sous licence des POI à une partietierce quelconque dans l’objectif de revendre,concéder une sous-licence, redistribuer oudans l’objectif de compiler, améliorer, vérifier,suppléer, ajouter ou supprimer d’une liste pu-blipostage, de répertoires géographiques oucommerciaux, de répertoires classifiés, de pu-blicité classifiée qui seraient fournis, vendus,loués, publiés ou d’une manière quelconquefournis à une partie tierce ;(b) mettre à disposition les produits Tele Atlassous licence des POI dans un environnementen ligne à moins qu’une sécurité et/ou un en-cryptage appropriés n’aient été mis en placeafin d’empêcher tout accès non autorisé auxproduits Tele Atlas sous licence des POI ; et(c) utiliser les produits Tele Atlas sous licencedes POI, soit intégralement soit partiellement,comme facteur pour (i) l’établissement d’uneadmissibilité individuelle à un crédit ou uneassurance ; (ii) d’une connexion avec une as-surance de souscription individuelle ; (iii) l’éva-luation d’un individu pour emploi oupromotion, la réaffectation ou le maintien duposte d’un employé ; (iv) en connexion avecune détermination de l’admissibilité d’un indi-vidu pour l’octroi d’une licence ou d’autresavantages par un organisme gouvernementalou (v) la sollicitation de survivants ou de per-sonnes décédées.(d) créer des publipostages ou des listes télé-marketing à moins d’une autorisation en vertudu présent Accord.(e) l’Utilisateur final installera les produits TeleAtlas sous licence des POI sur Internet en les

En outre, l’Utilisateur final ne doitpas modifier la couleur, la forme, la taille oul’orientation du produit Tele Atlas sous li-cence de l’icône de marque Tele Atlas telqu’il lui a été fourni sans une approbationpréalable par écrit de Tele Atlas.

b Le Licencié convient que l’exploitation duproduit Tele Atlas sous licence de l’icône demarque Tele Atlas est soumise aux condi-tions générales stipulées dans le présentAccord. Il peut potentiellement y avoir d’au-tres conditions et restrictions généralessupplémentaires renforcées par une partietierce et fournies de temps en temps à l’Uti-lisateur final par le Licencié dans les notesde la version applicable au Produit à valeurajoutée.

c Si l’Utilisateur final passait un accordcommercial pour la publicité, le paiementpour annonce, la promotion ou toute autreexposition payante de marketing de marquesemblable avec des propriétaires (ou leursreprésentants) de l’une des icônes de mar-ques fournies avec le produit Tele Atlassous licence de l’icône de marque TeleAtlas, Tele Atlas doit percevoir au moins(25%) des revenus récoltés dans le contextede tout accord commercial, à moins qu’unautre accord n’ait été conclu à l’avance etpar écrit entre les deux parties.

cié, tout avis de droits d’auteur lié à l’affichagede tels repères sur tous les Produits à valeurajoutée et dans la case “A propos de” du Pro-duit à valeur ajoutée. Nonobstant les informa-tions susmentionnées, Tele Atlas se réserve ledroit de décider, à sa seule discrétion, la sup-pression d’un des points de repère 3D spéci-fique dans les versions ultérieures de LicensedTele Atlas Products. Si le cas se présente, le Li-cencié supprime les points de repère 3D enquestion du Produit à valeur ajoutée dès quepossible mais non après la première nouvelleversion du Produit à valeur ajoutée suite à laréception de la mise à jour du produit TeleAtlas sous licence par le Licencié. Tele Atlasne sera en aucun cas responsable de toutdommage potentiel, frais ou dépenses encou-rus par le Licencié concernant la suppressiond’un point de repère 3D par Tele Atlas du pro-duit Tele Atlas sous licence ou de tout man-quement à supprimer un point de repère 3Ddu Produit à valeur ajoutée par le Licencié.

11 Avis de droits d’auteur.Le Licencié doit afficher de manière ostensibleles avis de droits d’auteurs applicables en vi-gueur pour Licensed Tele Atlas Products surl’écran de démarrage initial, dans le code, surle support de stockage, sur l’emballage, dansla section “Aide/A propos de”, dans le manuelde l’utilisateur et sur toute image affichée ouimprimée de la carte, pour chaque Produit àvaleur ajoutée qui serait basé sur :

de votre système de navigation vous-même.L’installation ou l’entretien du système de na-vigation par des personnes n’ayant aucuneformation ou expérience en matière d’équipe-ments électroniques et accessoires automobi-les peut être dangereux et peut entraîner desrisques d’électrocution ou autres.

Si un liquide ou une matière étrangère péné-trait dans ce système de navigation, garezvotre véhicule dans un endroit sûr et coupezle contact (ACC OFF) immédiatement, puisconsultez votre revendeur ou le centre de ser-vice Pioneer agréé le plus proche. N’utilisezpas le système de navigation dans ces condi-tions car cela pourrait entraîner un incendie,un choc électrique ou une autre défaillance.

p Les informations sur l’itinéraire et le gui-dage affichées par cet appareil sont four-nies à titre indicatif uniquement. Il se peutqu’elles n’indiquent pas les routes autori-sées, l’état des routes, les routes à sensuniques, les routes barrées ou les limita-tions routières les plus récentes.

p Les restrictions et conseils à la circulationactuellement en vigueur doivent toujoursavoir la priorité sur le guidage fourni par lesystème de navigation. Respectez toujoursle code de la route actuel, même si ce sys-tème de navigation fournit des conseilscontraires.

Chargement de la batterie dupériphérique amoviblep Le chargement est impossible si la tempé-

rature n’est pas comprise dans la plage detempérature de chargement.! La plage de température de fonctionne-

ment de la batterie est de –4 °F à +140 °F.! La plage de température de chargement

de la batterie est de 32 °F à +131 °F.p La batterie du périphérique amovible se

charge dans les situations suivantes.! Lorsque le périphérique amovible est

fixé à la base et que ce système de navi-gation est connecté à un récepteur AVavec le contacteur d’allumage sur mar-che (ACC ON).

! Lorsque le périphérique amovible estraccordé à votre ordinateur.

p La durée de vie de la batterie est limitée. Ladurée de charge de la batterie diminueaprès de multiples charges. Si la durée dela batterie devient très courte, c’est peut-être que celle-ci arrive à la fin de sa vie.Consultez votre revendeur ou le centre deservice Pioneer autorisé le plus proche etremplacez-la par une batterie neuve.

p Lorsque la batterie est complètement épui-sée ou lorsque la température se trouve endehors de la plage de température de char-gement, le système ne peut pas démarrertant que le chargement de la batterie n’apas commencé. Le cas échéant, le démar-rage du système peut prendre quelques mi-nutes.

p Si le système de navigation ne démarre pasau bout d’un moment et que l’indicateurd’alimentation ne s’allume pas, il peut êtrenécessaire de remplacer la batterie.Veuillez vous adresser au centre de servicePioneer agréé le plus proche.

Fonction de conduiteécologiquep La consommation de carburant calculée se

base sur une valeur théorique déterminéed’après la vitesse du véhicule et les infor-mations sur la position du système de navi-

gation. La consommation de carburantaffichée n’est donnée qu’à titre de réfé-rence et ne garantit pas que la consomma-tion affichée sera obtenue.

p Les fonctions de conduite écologique sontune estimation du ratio consommation decarburant en temps réel/consommationmoyenne de carburant et ne représententpas de valeurs réelles.

p Les fonctions et calculs de la conduite éco-logique prennent en compte l’emplace-ment de la position GPS et la vitesse duvéhicule pour déterminer une valeur.

p Les indications pour cet appareil peuventêtre différentes des valeurs réelles.

p Certaines des fonctions de cet appareil neprennent pas en compte le type de véhiculedans lequel il est installé.

Verrouillage par le frein àmain

Ce système de navigation reçoit le statut dufrein à main depuis le récepteur AV connecté.

Certaines fonctions (telles que certaines opé-ration du panneau tactile) offertes par ce sys-tème de navigation peuvent être dangereuseset/ou illégales si elles sont utilisées pendantque vous conduisez. Pour éviter que de tellesfonctions soient utilisées pendant que le véhi-cule est en déplacement, un système de ver-rouillage détecte quand le frein à main estserré et quand le véhicule est en déplacement.Si vous essayez d’utiliser les fonctions décritesci-dessus pendant que vous conduisez, ellesdeviendront indisponibles jusqu’à ce que vousarrêtiez le véhicule dans un endroit sûr et quevous serriez le frein à main. ATTENTIONLa précision/efficacité du verrouillage peut êtreaffectée par divers facteurs : la détection de si-gnaux GPS et les conditions présentes à l’endroitoù le véhicule est stationné.
