CT Body Perfusion

TAC

Alt + T Displays the time attenuation curves, including curveparameters and statistical values based on all availa-ble ROIs and VOIs.

Alt + Arrow key up Opens the previous step in the Case Navigator.When you repeat a previously performed step, youmust also repeat all subsequent steps, if applicable.

Alt + Arrow key down Opens the next step in the Case Navigator.

Auto Zoom

Alt + T Shows or hides all anatomical labels in all segments.

Scroll

Alt + Q Toggles between rib rotation and rib scrolling mode.In rotation mode, you can rotate ribs around theiraxis. In scrolling mode, you can scroll through theunfolded image towards the posterior or the ante-rior.

Axial

Alt + A Toggles the rotation angles corresponding to thelong and short axis of the rib.

Uniform

Alt + B Masks out voxels below a given threshold to empha-size ribs.

CAD

Alt + P Activates or deactivates Bone CAD.(Not available in the U.S.)

Arrow key left/right Allows you to navigate between different thumbnailsin the Case Navigator.

Enter / Delete Allows you to accept/delete the findings made in thesegments.

Blood Volume

Alt + M Switches between standard and blood volume modefor left ventricular volumetry. If activated, blood vol-ume mode is applied (papillary muscles are excludedand valves are anatomically modeled).

Show LV Blood

Alt + N Shows overlay of left ventricular blood pool on MPRviews.

Edit Plane

Alt + V Allows you to edit the mitral valve plane for left ven-tricular volumetry in standard mode.

CT CaScoring

Show All

Shift + Space /F9

Allows you to highlight scored lesions and threshold.Displays the scored lesions and all structures abovethe threshold in pink.

CT Colonography

Manual

Alt + Q Activates the manual measurement tool. Click on theimage at the required position and drag the mouseto perform a new manual measurement.

Auto

Alt + W Activates the semi-automatic measurement tool.Measures the extension of lesions three-dimension-ally. The extension of a bulb or cup is indicated by ared or blue line respectively. Confirm or withdrawthe semi-automatic measurement.

Auto Zoom

Alt + Z Zooms around the selected marker.

Standard View

Alt + D Switches to the standard endoluminal view.

Round View

Alt + V Switches to the circular panoramic view to lookbehind the colon folds.

Cube View

Alt + C Switches to the rectangular panoramic view to lookbehind the colon folds.

Stool Tagging

Alt + T Displays tagged stool in the endoluminal view in adifferent color.

Polyp Lens

Deletes the centerline and all result images andallows you to start new dental ranges.

Edit Centerline

Alt + E Starts the centerline editing mode and allows you tomove or modify the centerline.

Outline Canal

Alt + M Starts the mandibular canal outline mode and allowsyou to draw an orientation line in the panoramicresult images. You can define the actual mandibularcanal by setting markers on the paraxial resultimages.

Save and Print All

Alt + P Saves all result images, including the referenceimages, and sends them to the film sheet to print intrue size. You can arrange the images on the filmsheet or apply another layout.

Save All

Alt + S Save panoramic and paraxial range result series(including the reference images) to the database.

Hide Panel

Alt + H Hides or shows the range parameter panel. Click theHide Parameter Panel icon to hide or show therange parameter panel and switch between the WithParameters layout or Without Parameters layout.

2D Nudge Contour

Alt + N Allows you to nudge the selected contour on thevisible slice. To modify the radius of the contour,press the Ctrl key and use the middle mouse but-ton to increase or decrease the radius.

MM RT Image Suite

3D Nudge Structure

Alt + N Allows you to nudge the selected structure on theentire volume. Check the structure on adjacent sli-ces. You can also nudge the contour in an orthogo-nal view. The structure is adapted accordingly onthe entire volume.

Segment by Value

Alt + T Allows you to create contours or structures by per-forming segmentation, according to a range of val-ues. You can use the slider or enter values man-ually. Segmentation can be performed on all imagetypes, for example, CT data or PET data. Click anddrag the box to the area you want to segment. Youcan also modify the size of the box. Click theAccept Segmented Structure icon to finish thesegmentation.

Create New Struc-ture

Alt + S Creates a new empty structure and assigns the fol-lowing attributes:

◾ New structure with an unique name accordingto the following naming convention:NewStructureX where <X> is a unique number.The name is immediately editable.

◾ Random color.◾ Structure type Organ.

Create New POI

Alt + P Creates a new empty Point of Interest (POI) auto-matically and assigns the following attributes:◾ A new POI is created with the predefined name

NewReferencePointX, where <X> is a uniquenumber.

◾ Random color.◾ Structure type Marker.

Smart Contours

Alt + I Interpolates the contours drawn on different slices,follows the anatomy to complete the structure.Allows you to use a reduced number of contours.

Ctrl + V Allows you to paste copied contours to anotherslice within the same anatomical structure andwithin the same RT structure set.

Alt + B Automatically applies the optimal bone removalalgorithm to the loaded series, depending on thedetected body region.

Alt + B Applies a bone removal algorithm that is optimizedfor images of the thorax.

Bone Removal Leg

Vessel DiameterMeasurement

Alt + D Activates the vessel diameter measurement tool. Thistool allows interactive evaluation of the vessel diam-eter at any given position. Diameter values are inter-actively computed during marker manipulation.

Create Finding
