Symphony Way resident flood out of the courtroom and celebrate in front of the High Court in Cape Town Tuesday morning.Residents protest the forced removal to Blikkiesdorp outside the Cape Town High Court.Auntie Jane, chairperson of Delft Anti-Eviction Campaign, celebrates Judge Molois decision.The children of Symphony Way, accompanying their parents to court, wait outside with volunteers during Tuesdays hearing.The children have been living with their parents on Symphony Way.Members of the Gugulethu Anti Eviction Campaign and Abahlali baseMjondolo protest in solidarity with residents.Following the decision, Symphony Way residents marched peacefully from the Western Cape High Court down Addlerley Street to Darling Street in the Cape Town Business District. Many onlookers cheered and clapped with the protestors. Residents will next address the court on 3 September with their new advocate.
