STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Login to www.gfxpopcentral.com using your GFX supplieduser name and password. If you do not have or are having problems with your user name and password call POP Central at 888-882-7645.

STEP 2: After logging in the GFX Symphony Welcome screen will appear,click on the ordering box.

STEP 3: To get started with ordering your POP items, select the CATALOG tab next to the home tab.

STEP 4: To order an item, simply click the category name to view available options.

STEP 5: To order a displayed item, click on “select”. Be sure to choose the quantity you need for each item per the number of restaurants your ordering this item for. Scroll down the list and continue to click on “select” to add additional items to your order. You may “deselect” any items you decide not to order.

* Please note that when ordering a NEW Event promotional item it will always say “BACKORDERED” because theyhave not yet been received into inventory.

When not ordering for a current event (i.e.; previous event promotional items, generic POP, specific category items, etc...) the quantity available will be displayed as seen to the right.If it does display BACKORDERED that means the item is currently out of inventory and still available to order.

STEP 6: When finished selecting on this page/catagory, click on “Add Selected Items to Order”.

NOTE: You can also search for a specific item by entering it in the seach field.

When ordering any NEW Event promotional item it will always be listed as “BACKORDERED”because they have not been printed yet. You are still able to order these pieces.

STEP 7: ”By clicking the “Add Selected Items to Order” you are prompted to choose whether you are sending the selected items to multiple or individual restaurants (only your restaurants will appear).

STEP 8: Once all locations have been added, click “Add to Order Queue”.

STEP 9: Once you have clicked “Add to Order Queue” you will be brought back to the catalog page where you will continue shopping by repeating steps 3 thru 8 to complete your POP order. Once your order has been completed click on checkout.

NOTE: If selected items you have chosen are shipping to a single location simply click on that location and drag it into the “Selected Locations”.

If selected items you have chosen are shipping tomultiple locations simply click on all locations and drag them into the “Selected Locations”.

STEP 10: Choose the shipping option for your shipment.

NOTICE: 10A If you want your POP items for the restaurants selected to ship to each individual restaurant choose the “Selected Locations” option.

10B If you want your POP items for the restaurants selected to ship to a custom single location choose the “Custom Single Location” option and complete the shipping information.

STEP 11: Choose your shipping method by selecting Ground, 2 Day, or Standard Overnight. NOTE: Shipping cost will be estimated at checkout.

STEP 12: You may update the quantity of any POP item at this step by scrolling through the below “Order Queue Details” and changing the number in the quantity box and clicking Update Order. VERY IMPORTANT to click the “Update Order” button to accept your changes.

STEP 13: If your order is ready to ship, click the Proceed to Checkout button at the top of the screen.

If you are not ready to ship your order, choose to go back to Order Queue or log out and the items will remain in your cart until you are ready, approximately 5 days.

STEP 14: “Optional” Reference # is an optional area that can be filled out with any applicable information to the franchisee. For example, your own PO number or Event note. It’s an optional field and up to you to use.

STEP 15: “Optional” Select your Order Type from the menu.

STEP 16: “Mandatory” Must fill in “Your Name” field.

STEP 17: On the Checkout screen, review all information in the LINE ITEM DETAIL scroll down to double check your order for accuracy before clicking “Place Order”. If you need to make changes to your order, click Cancel to return to the Order Queue to update your order.

Order Details:Taxes will only be charged to orders shipping within the state of Illinois.

Please note that the participation discount is not reflected in the total shown but will be applied before invoicing.

Once the order is placed, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once “Place Order” is clicked, you will not be able to change your order on line. Call POP Central for help.

Note: An email with tracking number will automatically be sent once your order is in transit.
