Team XELERATE of SAME qualiied ISIE-IKR2018 with AIR 4

Thriving with the university's prime belief of developing skill amongst new generation, we the students from school of Automobile and Manufacturing started our long harboured goal of building a Gokart. We started with building a prototype of our envision. The prototype being an in house design was self - manufactured by the students with the selection, purchase of materials and components, fabrication and testing of the vehicle done amongst them. Selection and purchase of different materials and components were done on the basis of calculations and testing for optimum results. Along with the prototype building the team decided to participate in the INDIAN KARTING RACING (IKR) competition which is organized by ISIE, India. We have already qualiied the pre-virtual and virtual round of the competition with an AIR 4 and look forward to excel in the inal round as well. We won't have achieved this without the guidance of our guardians, our teachers Dr. Yogesh Pandya sir and Dr. Sat yendra Sharma sir. We are eternally thankful to Dean Dr Binit Jha, Hon'ble VC and MGMT of SUAS. With our focus in the right direction, teamwork and desire for knowledge we look forward to achieve much more success in the future.
