S.W.O.T AnalysisBy Haseeb Patel

Strength• We know who our target audience is which therefore

shows us what we need to include in our short film. Whether if its age rated suitable for young adults to watch.

• We know the charity that we are using which show what specific thing we will need to include in our short campaign film.

• We now know the majority of audience. This helps us as we know how many people we are viewing it against.

• We now know the age group as all of them were 16-19. This mean we are able to use strong language as well as certain violence scenes as it is the appropriate age group.

Weakness• We do not know what gander most of our audience are

because of our late questions. This means that our survey may have false accusation and should be corrected before hand.

• We do not know how to us surveymonkey.com. This was our first time using the website which therefore means we are inexperienced in creating surveys and questions.

• We did not ask the right questions to get the right answer. There were some questions we had asked which we had then realised wasn’t really worth asking as we did not need it.

Opportunities • We gave them confidences and a chance to talk to us. This makes

them feel much better and makes them feels like they have someone to talk to.

• We gave them the survey. This means that they were able to get question from how they felt in that situation.

• We gave them the option to list what was happening to them. This made the survey much one easier for the viewers to answer and less time consuming.

• We can also do interviews to gather information to the audience. We will do this during our short film while we are editing.

• We listen to them which means that we are doing a good thing and to try and stop bullying.

Threats• Most of the audience are shy. This may not give us a clear message

of how they are really feeling because the situation may be personal to them.

• They do not want to state personal information. This would not allow us to brainstorm ideas of how we can stop bullying if we do not know their emotions.

• Some of the information that they may have given us may not be true. This could affect the different charts and surveys shown. However secondary research can be done instead for example finding information from the internet. However primary research is much more important as we need to know who the target audience is and what their intrests are for the short campaign film.
