To reserve the Event date wecharge a 500 peso non-refundable deposit which isdeductible to total contractprice.

To confirm this agreement,

500 non-refundable depositshould be paid on thereservation date, failure tocomply will cancel the eventonce other customer reservedand paid for the said date orwithin 2 weeks from event datewithout deposit, whichever isearlier. The balance is due nolater than 14 days prior to thedate of the event and can bepaid thru bank deposit or GCASHor any mode of paymentpreferred.

This agreement may becancelled either by Client orKeekai Party & Events 14 daysprior to the event.

If the Client initiates thecancellation, Keekai Party &

Events will hold the 500 non-refundable deposit that can beused towards another date thatis booked within 60 days by theClient.

Client will hold Keekai Party &Events in the event of illness,injury, act of God, or any othersituation beyond control ofKeekai Party & Events thatprevents Keekai Party & Eventsfrom servicing.

Keekai Party & Events requires accessto the desired set-up area at least45mins prior to the scheduled starttime. In addition, 30 minutes arerequired after the conclusion of theservice period for take down andremoval (this time does not counttoward the dipping time).

The Client is responsible for providing asturdy, level table preferably a roundtable. Client is also responsible forproviding two table linens thatcoordinate with their color scheme.

Keekai Party & Events requires at leastone 220 volt circuit within 2 feet of thedesired set-up area that adheres tocontemporary safety standards. Oncethe Chocolate Fountain has been set upin the desired location. Client acceptsfull responsibility and is liable for anydamages, injuries or delays that occuras a result of failure to comply withthese provisions. Keekai Party & Eventsreserves the right to use any picture(s)

from the event in advertising.

For Self Service Rental,Keekai Party & Events willhold the Refundable SecurityDeposit if machine wasreturned in non-workingcondition immediately upon

return of each ChocolateFountain to cover for anydamages, repairs and all othercharges.

Customers shall compensateKeekai Party & Events for any

loss it may sustain as a resultof customers canceling all orpart of an order withoutSeventy-Two (72) hours priornotice.

Any additionaldipping time will be

charged 150/hour.

For self service

rental, failure to

return the machine in

scheduled date andtime (36 hours after

pick-up time) will be

charged 150/hour.

If the Chocolate fountain is notset up by a Chocolatier of KeekaiParty & Events , Customer agreesto assume full responsibility andliability for the safekeeping andreturn to Keekai Party & Events'premises of all Chocolate

fountains rented under the termsof this Agreement, from the timethe Chocolate Fountain leavesKeekai Party & Events' premisesuntil it is returned.

Customer acknowledges that allrented Chocolate Fountains areused at Customer's sole risk andCustomer will hold harmless andindemnify Keekai Party & Eventsagainst any and all claims orliability arising out of the use ofthe Chocolate Fountains.

1. How do we Order/Reserve?Choose what package/products to avail.If no other clarifications or questions, you may now fill up the Order/Reservation Form.Wait for the Contract of Agreement to be emailed to you after you have filled up the formDeposit Down payment (bank details will be included in the contract of agreement)See you on your event.

2. Where are you located?Were located at Tagas, Daraga Albay (before Tagas Elementary School)

3. Can we visit your store?No. We dont have a store. We process everything online or thru text/call.

4. Do you have a landline?None. We dont maintain a landline since we are always out, and most of the time can't attend tophonecalls since we have a daytime job.

5. How will I pay?Thru BDO, Unionbank or GCASH or in person. Details will be included in the Keekai Party &Events Contract of Agreement.

6. Is the table included in the table set-up?No. We require clients to provide the table for us. Table set-up includes trays,plates,container forthe dippers, use of Chocolate Fountain Satin base skirting, skewers, cocktail toothpick and table

napkin but thats only included in packages.

7. Do you charge transpo fee? How much?Yes. It depends on the venue.

1. Can we add Chocolate, Dippers or CoatingYes but with additional charge.

2. Can we extend our Dipping time.Yes, with additional charge.

3. Can we add our own dippers?Yes. Just let us know so that we could provide additional container.

4. Can we get the refundable deposit if we returned a non working

machine.No.

5. Can we customize our package?You may choose to add/upgrade dippers,chocolate fondue,coatingto any existing package except Budget Treats or you may avail theTailored Chocolate Fountain Package where you may create yourown package (e.g. all fruit dippers, Belgian chocolate)

6. Where will we pick up the fountain? Can we meet instead?Complete address will be given to you together with the Contractof Agreement. Meeting up is not possible.

7. Can we upgrade dippers?As for the Budget Treat, we don't allow upgrade of dippers,coating or fondue. Upgrade will be applicable to all packagesexcept Budget Treats, Self Service and Semi Service however youmay always bring additional dippers and coating.
