There is no limit to the amount of sweepstakes you can run. Simply print out as many copies of the poster and team sheet as you need!
This kit will help you run a sweepstake in the workplace (as a ‘work lottery’) or in a residential setting (as a ‘resident’s lottery’). These types of lotteries cannot be used to raise funds and are intended to be just for fun. All the money you collect from entries must be paid out in prizes, or used to cover expenses.
The winner can choose to donate half of their winning prize pot to Marie Curie!

SWEEPSTAKES
1. Choose your sweepstake. It can be absolutely anything, such as a sporting event or something specific to you and your team.
2. Then, fill out the boxes below with all the teams/players/ answers, or equivalent, relevant to your sweepstake.
3. Cut out the boxes, fold them up, and put them in an envelope.
4. Ask your colleagues and friends to draw out of the envelope at
random for a suggested price of £2, which will then be used to create the prize pot.
5. Make a note of who has picked what on the poster provided.
6. When the sweepstake event is over, award the prize money to whoever picked the winning entry.
7. The winner is free to donate what they wish, make no donation, or they can choose to donate half the winnings.
