PURPOSE
Learning a formula on how totransform an active sentence to apassive sentence (Simple PresentTense) in an effective way.
MAIN IDEA AND USAGE
You may often be confusedbetween an active and passivesentence. By using this strategy,you will be able to acquire thebasic rule of transforming anactive sentence to a passivesentence.

STEP 1: Identify the subject, verb and object in the active sentence.
STEP 2: Find the object of the verb (the flat tire).
STEP 3:Make the object the subject of the sentence.

STEP 5: Put the verb to be of this tense.
