Placing an Advertisement with SUTV• Plan early.

• Choose from one of our affordable packages that fit your need.

• Complete an Announcement Request Form.

• Submit your advertisement material(s) along with the completed Request Form at least two weeks prior to the date of announcement being aired.

• Submit your video and/or PowerPoint in one of the following formats: MPG, Mpeg2, WMV, M2P, or AVI.

• Email your advertisement file(s) to [email protected] or dropped your file(s) off at ASA Building, Room 102b.

• Payment is required prior to the airing of any advertisement.

• SUTV staff will design and produce your video or PowerPoint for a nominal fee.

• Video and PowerPoint combination packages are available. Speak with one of our representative to learn more.

• Full Blast packages with Radio X 88.5FM, The Current Newspaper, and SUTV are also available. Contact our office for additional information by emailing [email protected] or calling (954) 262-8461.

• The advertiser is responsible for any cost associated with a production (i.e. travel, actors, additional equipment if necessary, DVD’s, rental fees, etc.) unless given specific approval in writing by SUTV Station Manager and Assistant Director of Student Media.

• Accepted forms of payments are internal budget transfers (all 10 account numbers required); cash; credit card; or checks (if you are an outside vendor).

What Cannot be Advertised• Content containing but not limited to adult entertainment or risqué advertisement, nudity, alcohol, tobacco,

illegal substance or violence, firearms.

• Any material that would violate Nova Southeastern University policies.
