Recognized by European Commission and the system applies directly to all 27 EU Members States.

Renewable Energy Directives(RED) The RED is dealing with the production and promotion of
energy from the renewable sources:
The RED is a framework and establishes targets binding throughout the European Union for the national total share of energy from the renewable resources.
The RED states that biomass for usage as biofuel or bio-electricity must be produced sustainably. Relevant minimum requirements are set.
RSPO was recognised by EU on RED in the biodiesel initiatives.

10. Stakeholder CB shall communicate and records with surrounding communities, user and land owner.
CB compulsory to do stakeholder consultation during audit process.

Audit checklist is standardized and used as audit report.
Auditor need to prepare own check list base on RSPO P&C. Separate report should be prepared for peer review and RSPO approval.

12. Issue of Certificate
ISCC certificate can be by CB. (A precondition for a successful audit is the compliance with all criteria of ISCC principle 1 and of all Major Musts of the ISCC principles 2 to 6. At the same time a minimum of 60% compliance with all Minor Musts is required.)
Before RSPO certificate issued to auditee by CB, audit report should be checked by peer review and approved by RSPO. Currently RSPO are progressing in the Accreditation Process for all CB. The approved Accredited CB can issue certificate in near future.

REMARKS
In general, each certification system had their own process and strength.
ISCC, MSPO, ISPO is the government initiative while RSPO is an international multi stakeholder initiative.
Each Certification had market access.
RSPO leading the Food while ISCC leading the Biofuel, both had their new initiatives on RSPO RED and ISCC Plus.
All certificates - Sustainable livelihood.
