� Be as unemotional as humanly possible in emotional situations

Daily grade times

� Unpredictable life

� Set timer and begin

� If miss a day, not completely swamped

Save reusable content

� Avoid typing the same comments over and over and over and over—you get the idea

� Can be quickly tailored for new student

� Wasn’t done with first or even second semester teaching a new course

� Is authentic for student no matter when it was written
