 June  13-­‐  Present     University  of  Strathclyde     Alumni  Club  Intern    Working  in  a  team  of  four  students  from  three  departments  to  set  up  an    ‘Alumni  Club’  to  enhance  interactions  between  current  undergraduates  and  recent  Alumni.  Responsibilities  include  creating  administrative  reports;  weekly  presentations  to  academics;  marketing  activities;  research  into  student  and  alumni  requirements;  liaison  with  companies  and  senior  members  of  staff.  Achievements  included;  creations  of  social  media  site;  designing  a  logo,  flyer  and  banner  stand;  recruiting  members  into  the  club;  creating  a  launch  event    June  12-­‐  Jan  13       Chaopraya  Thai  Restaurant,  Glasgow          Waitress  and  Receptionist  Responsible  for  the  grand  opening  of  the  fine-­‐dining  restaurant,  dealing  with  customers,  handling  money  and  communicating  important  information  between  Thai  speaking  staff  and  English  speaking  staff.    This  role  has  built  my  confidence  in  dealing  with  difficult  customers,  increased  my  multitasking  skills  and  gave  me  experience  working  under  high  pressure  while  still  maintaining  a  high  level  of  enthusiasm  and  professionalism          Feb  08-­‐  Feb-­‐09         Roast  it!  Dundee    Barista  Responsibilities  included  making  sandwiches  and  coffee,  cashing  up  at  the  end  of  the  night,  handling  money  and  cleaning  and  clearing  up.  This  role  helped  develop  my  time  management,  experience  in  dealing  with  the  public  and  being  a  team  enabler
