CURRENT ROLE

Recruited into ACI to lead and manage multiple multimillion UOB (Universal Online Banker) implementation projects. This includes development, testing and deployment of payments and SaaS applications to Fortune 100 Banks. Continuously and proactively engaging with customers and designing an effective Test Strategy to ensure the Zero Tolerance product is delivered within project constraints. Co-Lead Project Management Office (PMO) review meetings to establish the Schedule (SPI) and Cost (CPI) performance indexes and advise the corrective or preventive measures.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS Led corporate transformation initiatives across the Quality Organization. Areas of focus were Agile

Methodology implementation, global program roll out, and resource training. Success was enabled by extensive engagement with the executive leadership team, from securing the sponsorship and funding through establishing clear initiative ROI, to conducting regular initiative status reviews. Revamped the performance management of the QE portfolio by setting up the RBOs (Role Based Objectives) for each organizational level in line with Corporate Strategy.

Led multiple Fortune 100 customer projects in America and Latin American regions, with key customers

such as : Banco de Bogota (BdeB), United Missouri Bank (UMB), Santander Bank (SBNA), Zions Bank, and BMO Harris Bank. Led a team of customer facing roles and managed large-scale geographically distributed teams. Managed portfolio of 50+ FTEs with overall revenue realization of 15 million USD over 2 years. Streamlined and Improved QE process, created automation CAT Team (Central Automation Team) and harvested knowledgebase. Reduced cost-to-serve, fostering Automation and innovation.

Brought enhanced financial accountability into the QE organization. Successfully deployed a new P&L

Metrics model for effective engagement and utilization of resources. Played pivotal role in optimizing the Cost of Quality (COQ) and projecting the budget, resource and schedule overruns. This Metrics is now deployed across most corporate portfolios to effectively manage to the Revenue Targets.
