Sure-Weld™

Bonding Adhesive

is a high strength solvent-based

contact adhesive that allows

bonding of Sure-Weld membrane

to various porous and

non-porous substrates.

Coverage rate:

60 sq. ft. per gallon finished surface.

Weathered Membrane Cleaner

is used to clean in-service Sure-

Weld membrane prior to the

welding process. It helps to

loosen and remove dirt and

other contaminants from the

surface of the Sure-Weld

membranes and leaves a

suitable surface for welding or

the subsequent application of

HP-250 Primer.

HP-250 Primer

is a solvent-based product designed for priming TPO surfaces prior to the application of SecurTAPE™ and all pressure-sensitive products.

Cut-Edge Sealant

is a free flowing polymeric material designed

for sealing cut edges (exposed fabric) of Sure-

Weld reinforced membrane.

Thermoplastic

One Part Sealant

is a single component,

moisture curing, elastomeric

polyether sealant that is

compatible with Carlisle’s

Thermoplastic membranes. The material is designed to provide a

flexible, durable and long lasting seal around hard-to-flash penetrations

in Thermoplastic Roofing Systems. Thermoplastic One Part Pourable

Sealer provides rapid skin time when exposed to atmospheric moisture

forming a waterproof rubber surface in less than one (1) hour.

Moisture curing continues, until a two (2) – inch deep solid rubber

seal encases the penetration. Complete cure time will vary depending

on relative humidity and temperature.

The sealant’s one-part, pourable consistency allows for quick pocket

filling without mixing. Carlisle’s HP-250 Primer must be applied to all

surfaces, including membrane, flashings and penetrations that will be in

contact with the Thermoplastic One Part Pourable Sealant. Unused

sealant remaining in a pouch will remain useable up to 30 days if pouch

is resealed with original cap.

Sure-Seal® Water

Cut-Off Mastic

is a one-component, low viscosity,

self-wetting butyl blend mastic used

with roofing and waterproofing

systems. It is primarily used as a

sealing agent and also used when

membrane is being terminated using

a compression-type seal.

PT 304 Sealant

PT 304 polyurethane is a one

part ready-to-use, permanently

flexible, fast moisture cure, nonsag,

paintable, multi-purpose

construction sealant and adhesive.

It is excellent for sealing

dynamically moving joints.

Pre-Fabricated Products

RUSS For Angle Changes and Perimeter sheets (6” & 10”)TPO Pressure-Sensitive RUSS is a reinforced TPO membrane strip with apressure sensitive tape laminated along one edge. Placed below the deckmembrane, TPO Pressure-Sensitive RUSS™ provides membranesecurement at angle changes without penetrating the sheet.

Cover Strip

Sure-Weld Pressure-Sensitive Cover Strip is TPO membrane laminated to a fully cured synthetic rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. Available in white, gray and tan, 6”, 9”, & 12”. PS Cover Strip provides maximum protection against inclement weather and is ideal for stripping in shop bent metal drip edge.

Outside Corners

•A pre-molded corner flashing for outside corners.

•Available in white, gray or tan.

Molded Sealant Pockets

Carlisle Molded TPO Sealant Pockets consist of an interlocking, two piece,

injection molded flexible pocket with a rigid polypropylene vertical

wall and preformed deck flanges. Used with Carlisle sealant and primer,

this product effectively waterproofs pipe clusters or other odd shaped

penetrations on Sure-Weld roofing systems.

Pre-Molded Pipe Seal (boot)• A pre-molded white, gray or tan pipe

flashing used for pipe penetrations.

• Available for 1-6 inch diameter pipes with clamping rings included

Split Pipe Seals

Sure-Weld TPO Split Pipe Seals are fabricated flashings made of 45-mil

reinforced Sure-Weld membrane. Split (cut) and overlap tabs allow the

pipe seals to be opened and wrapped around a round pipe with an

obstruction.

Square Tubing Wraps

Sure-Weld TPO Square Tubing Wraps are made of 45-mil reinforced Sure-Weld membrane. A split (cut) and overlap tab allow the seals to be opened and wrapped around square tubing.

Sure-White tape is included and required at top of wrap for final termination.

Curb Wrap Corners

Sure-Weld TPO Curb Wrap Corners are made of 45-mil reinforced Sure-Weld membrane. With six sizes available to fit curbs up to 6' by 6', this innovative product reduces installation time compared to conventional flashing methods.

5. Roll sheet onto RUSS Strip and Roll from top to achieve adhesion.
