To help identify a country in Config > International, you can select its name as used by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). For information about ISO country names, visit

http://www.iso.org/iso/english_country_names_and_code_elements.

The ISO Country field is new in Raiser’s Edge version 7.91.5056.

How to find or reset your user name and password for Blackbaud's website

To log in: Click 'Please Log In' at the top right of any web page. Enter your website user name and password. Click Login.

To retrieve your user name: On the Log In screen, click 'Need your User Name?' In the Email field, enter your email address and click Submit If the email address you entered is in our records, we will send you an email with your User Name. The email also includes a link to reset

your password, if applicable. If the email address you entered is not in our records, the following message will appear: We were unable to find your information. Retype

your Email Address and click Submit. If you need further assistance, contact us.

To reset your password: On the Log In screen, click 'Need your Password?' In the User Name field, enter your website User Name. If you do not know your user name, follow the instructions above. Click Submit We'll display the email address associated with your User Name and ask you to confirm it. If the email address is not yours, click Back in

your browser to enter a different User Name. If the email address is yours, click Submit. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your Password.

Click the link in the email to open the Reset your Password web page. If you receive an error message saying the link is no longer valid, refer to Error: The link provided is no longer valid.

Enter the information requested to reset your Password: • The answer to your security question• The characters as shown on the page• A password that is at least six characters long and does not have any spaces• Re-enter the password

Click Submit You will receive an email confirming that your password was reset To log in, click the Please Log In link in the top right corner
