Bringing Gender Diversity to Transportation
Since 2007, the Women In Trucking Association’s mission is to encourage the employment of women in the industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize obstacles faced by women working in trucking.
It’s supported by a passionate leadership team, highly engaged members, and committed partners and sponsors. We continue to build a strong community among thousands of members (primarily business professionals and drivers) who believe in and support what we’re trying to accomplish.
What We Do

• Educate and raise awareness on women’s issues
• Promote career opportunities and encourage gender diversity
• Improve working conditions for women in transportation
