Boulevard Supplemental Price List

The Boulevard supplemental price list consists of additional product pages that include newadditions to existing Boulevard components. These additions have been added as a result of repeatedrequests for specific sizes or finishes to the existing Boulevard product line.

• OVER PANELSThe addition of 42" over panels in fabric, curved fabric, glazed, and curved glazed.These over panels are not to be used with Boulevard II.

• WORK SURFACESNow available in thermally fused (LP). We’ve shown the rectangular work surface as a guide.All other work surface shapes are available in LP with a 20% reduction from the HP list price.These work surfaces are not available with wood trim.

• WORK SURFACES WITH NO FLEX LIPWork surfaces are now available without flex lip. We’ve shown the rectangular work surface as aguide. All other work surface shapes are available without flex lip. Contact customer service whenwood trim is required.

DelaysGLOBALCONTRACT's order acknowledgementwill state a shipping date whichGLOBALCONTRACT best estimate at the timethe order is acknowledged. However,GLOBALCONTRACT shall not incur anyobligation or liability to Purchaser forfailure to ship by specified date unlessGLOBALCONTRACT has agreed to anunequivocal, firm shipping date in aseparately signed written documentexecuted by its authorized personnel ati ts head of f ice. In addi t ion,GLOBALCONTRACT shall not be liable forany loss or damage resulting from anydelay or failure in shipment or otherfailure to perform all or any part of theagreement between the parties withrespect to the goods shown on the faceof the order acknowledgement wheresuch delay, failure, loss or damage is theproximate result of any act or anygovernmental author i ty or pol i t icalsubdivision thereof, revolution, riot, civildisorder or disturbance, act of enemies,delay or default in transportation, strikedisputes among or between labourunions or other labour disputes, delay orinabil i ty in obtaining materials andfacilities, fire, flood, act of God or anycause not within the reasonable controlof the company, whether of the class ofcauses enumerated or otherwise.Without l imit ing the genera l i ty of the foregoing, GLOBALCONTRACT may, without causing breach or incurringl iab i l i ty, a l locate goods which are in short supply, i r respect ive of the reasons therefore, among purchaser,in any manner which GLOBALCONTRACT,in its sole discretion, deems advisable.

SuspensionIn the event that the purchaser defaults inthe payment of any sum dueGLOBALCONTRACT, or in the event thepurchaser's financial condition becomesunsatisfactory to GLOBALCONTRACT.GLOBAL CONTRACT shall have the right, todefer or discontinue shipment of any goodsuntil such time as of payment toGLOBALCONTRACT in such form, contentand/or amounts as GLOBALCONTRACT, inits sole discretion, deems adequate.

Combined ShipmentsGLOBALCONTRACT will make every effortto combine shipments and orders onwritten request. However,GLOBALCONTRACT cannot be heldresponsible where such request is notcomplied with.

Changes and CancellationAfter the date of GLOBALCONTRACT'sacknowledgement of a Purchaser'sorder, the order may not be changed orcancel led by Purchaser without thewritten consent of GLOBALCONTRACT.Spec ia l o rde r i t ems a l ready inproduction are not subject to changeor cance l l a t i on unde r anycircumstances. Other standard itemsalready in production are subject to a minimum 35% cancel lat ion charge.GLOBALCONTRACT reserves the right to cance l an o rde r a t any t ime i f Special Order is in the sole judgement of GLOBALCONTRACT, inadequate for any reason.

The figure shown is thevolume for one carton, (one unit percarton unless otherwise noted) and issubject to change without notice.

Order InformationGLOBALCONTRACT requi res that all o rders be submi t ted in wr i t ingto avoid errors and/or duplication.Orders wil l be acknowledged withGLOBALCONTRACT's acknowledgementform which will describe the items to beshipped to the purchaser who mustascertain that they are correct. In theevent of an error, the purchaser mustnotify GLOBALCONTRACT immediately bytelephone or fax followed by writtenconfirmation. Acknowledgment showsapproximate shipping date of itemsordered. Shipping dates are assigned toorders based on the item having the longestmanufacturing lead time. Orders withCustom Colours, missing or incorrectinformation (finish selections, sizes etc.) will be scheduled for manufacturing uponreceipt of correct complete information.Specifications must be supplied for examination prior to approval.

Purchaser must indicate i f mult ipleshipping schedules are required. Eachshipment will be invoiced at time ofshipping and will be subject to paymentterms described above.

Special ColoursUse of Customer's Own Material mustbe approved by GLOBALCONTRACT

Sales of GLOBALCONTRACT's products are made only on standard terms and condit ions of sale which are contained in the Price Book and in G LOBA LCONTRAC T ' s o r d e racknowledgments. The “Purchaser” shallmean dealers and those who purchasedirectly from GLOBALCONTRACT forresale. These standard terms andcondit ions may be modified orsupplemented only by a separately writtendocument signed by GLOBALCONTRACT'sauthorized personnel at its head office inConcord, Canada. Any item or conditioncontained in any purchase order or otherform used by the Purchaser to order goods(including standard, printed language)which is different from, in addition to, or in any way inconsistent withGLOBALCONTRACT's standard termsand conditions shall be of no force oreffect whatsoever.

In the event of repair and/orreplacement of any defective product,GLOBALCONTRACT does not warrantmatching colour, grain, texture or dyelots. This warranty does not cover thecost of transportation or labour exceptas noted. GLOBALCONTRACT can makeno warranty that any of its products aresuitable for any particular purpose andcan make no other warrant ies,expressed or implied, other than thoseset forth in this Price List. In no eventshall GLOBALCONTRACT be liable ine i ther tor t or contract for any loss or d i rect , spec ia l , inc identa l ,consequential or exemplary damages.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is NOTappl icable to customers who useGLOBALCONTRACT products for rentalpurposes and is ef fect ive only forproducts, parts or componentsmanufactured after August 1, 1998. TheLimited Lifetime Warranty applies onlyto customers in Canada.

Exceptions to thiswarranty include• Global fabrics and wood veneers,which are warranted for five years fromdate of delivery,• fading on wood veneers that can becaused by exposure to U.V.rays/sunlight,• natural wood veneer, being a naturalmaterial, will have shade differencesbetween veneer sheers.
