What is a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.)?
A 60 credit hour upper division program with42 credit hours in professional courses (3000-
4000 level)18 credit hours in general education or technical
courses (minimum 2000 level)A flexible program to prepare for entry and
advancement within specific workforce sectorsA convenient program for working adults with
blended 8 week classes that combine half the time on campus and the other half online as well as totally online classes
BenefitsEnhances placement in management and
supervision positions within the business community
Develops skills to become successful managers and leadersProvides degree completion opportunity for
students from a variety of educational backgrounds
Includes a capstone experience for students to demonstrate application of acquired knowledge
All classes will be offered in
either the hybrid format
