SuperShe is a not-so-secret society of women who share a thirst for living an exceptional life

and a hunger for healthy living.

The FounderSuperwoman, SuperShe, what’s the difference?

Kristina Roth.

Kristina Roth is an entrepreneur turned kiteboarder and world-traveler, paving the way for her newest venture… After landing her business on Forbes‘ list of „The Fastest Growing Women-Owned Businesses,“ Kristina sold her business, Matisia Consultants, and has her blue eyes on a new prize.

Her new mission - to bring badass women from around the world together. “Women don’t enjoy enough together, there’s always been men’s clubs, they play golf, it’s where ideas are made. But when you get a bunch of strong-willed women together, magic can happen.”

Introducing SuperShe,Kristina Roth’s newest venture.

SuperShe is a not-so-secret society, but a community of women from around the world brought together to create change and achieve the impossible. SuperShe has transfor-med the dated ideas of networking. Ditch your pantsuit and fluorescent-lit ballrooms in exchange for a bikini and beachfront, or in the most recent news, a private island?

Kristina Roth“I came to New York City from Europe in 2003 with two

pieces of luggage. I didn’t have any big, overarching vision, except to live a Sex and the City kind of life.

The best business advice that I can give is to always think it through. What is your backup scenario? If your skill-set is good enough, there will always be somebody who will pick you up. The fear is not being good enough. You have to test yourself. It’s a fear you have to face. How good am I? Then, you can recalibrate. Nike says it well - you’re competing against yourself. If you’re lacking the necessary skills, the market will tell you and give you the answers.

If there’s one thing I would tell my younger self, it would be to embrace all my strengths and weaknesses, to pay attention to my fears and not brush them under the rug. I’d remind myself that I’m not the only one, everyone that went down this road felt this way at one point and I’m not alone. Self-soothe and take care of the emotional-self.

This is normal, it is how it is supposed to feel, so don’t freak out. There’s always a solution for a problem even if you haven’t thought of it or are too afraid to think it through. There’s always a Plan B. It is hard to live on that own little island in your mind, but you need to put the time in. You need to make sacrifices.

My biggest fear is not living up to my own idea of what I should be and how I should act and where I want to be at a certain point in time. Meanwhile, I didn’t now what would make me happy. It wasn’t parents or peers that I wanted to impress; my biggest fear was not impressing myself. The fear of being too lazy, not performing, not doing enough, not smart enough. I did not compare myself to anyone else. I myself, am my toughest critic. I knew and know where I slacked. My mature business self is much more forgiving. When youth passes by, the wisdom and forgiveness buckets start to fill up.

I always felt different in good and bad ways, but when you grow - it’s an iceberg, people only see the top and there’s so much more beneath it. Life is like a game of chess, you make the right move and get towards that goal but every action has a reaction. I was honestly surprised when Forbes put me years in a row on fastest growing company ran by a woman. I was like, really? There’s no one else? How could I possibly make it to top 10 in the world? It didn’t feel that exceptional to me.

I realized less is more. After I sold Matisia, I was very hesitant to start another business because I didn’t want to be a one-hit-wonder. SuperShe is my second business. I stepped back and started to analyze my friend circles. With a background in consul-ting, I naturally found myself giving advice to other women who would shockingly take my advice. Thus, SuperShe evolved. I would’ve neve thought to startSuperShe if I didn’t feel as if I had a firm understanding of business. The other parts of SuperShe - fashion, style, and so on are subjective. SuperShe stands on something substantial. The first step of my business is to build a global community of kickass women. The second is collabo-rations and partnerships - which will organically evolve. While I build the foundation of women that other women can look up to, I’ll cater to this community via a hotel, health, fitness, beauty, and spirituality. It is two fold, building the community, catering to the community, and taking them on the road to influence other women; whether it’s a change in their career or becoming a worldchampion athlete.

HawaiiThe women at SuperShe retreated to Kailua, Hawai‘i for 7 days of fitness, friendship, restoration, and detoxification. Led by founder, Kristina Roth, the sunny days inKailua began with nutrient-dense meals, yoga and breathing exercises, kiteboarding, surfing, running, hiking, personalized nutritional information and fitness regimes ledby previous Olympic athlete, Lana Mikheeva. The women that attended this kick-offwere from around the globe, a variety of backgrounds, specialties, and stresses. Yet,when united by SuperShe they were able to heal, confide, and re-energize their liveswith the support of their newfound friends. The intention of SuperShe is a simpleone, to bring together badass women from around the world to create lifelongrelationships and a support system like no other. When women get together, inbeautiful places, magic happens
