Boot Scrubbers

The BSX1000 is designed for facilities where high throughput is critical. The user activates the system by stepping onto the platform. Diluted cleaning solution is sprayed onto rotating brushes and transferred onto the boots from a stainless steel venturi dilution valve and metering tip to provide the desired PPM. We recommend using Alpet® No-Rinse Quat Sanitizer with the BSX1000 to aid in the cleaning of footwear prior to sanitizing (sanitization can only occur on pre-cleaned footwear). The BSX1000 is available with various brush configurations to better meet your specific needs -contact a Best Sanitizers representative for details. Each of these configurations provide multiple points of contact between brush and boot. These units are designed for larger spaces and higher traffic applications.

BSX1000 High Capacity Walk Through Boot Scrubber Unit - Wet

Each of the BSX Boot Scrubbers use an open, sanitary design which eliminates hidden and hard to reach areas that are difficult to clean and can harbour pathogens. Components of each unit can be easily removed for cleaning and inspection.

The user activates the system by stepping onto the platform. The HACCP Defender is a heavy-dutyfootwear sanitizing station designed forfacilities that require optimal throughput. Utilizing the effectiveness of Alpet D2 or Alpet D2 Quat-Free Surface Sanitizer, facilities now have a powerful tool for controlling moisture, pathogens andcross-contamination.

This foot-operated unit uses compressed air to deliver an atomized spray of Alpet D2 or Alpet D2 Quat-Free Surface Sanitizer onto footwear soles. This spray provides ample coverage to footwear soles, yet uses only 0.2 ounces of chemical which minimizes chemical waste and improvesmoisture control. The reduced footprintmeans you can place multiple unitsthroughout the facility.
