Begin to develop a Theory of Action that will address the needs of identified focal students within each school and across the SZMD

Identify the leadership actions that are required in order to address the academic and social emotional needs of our focal students

Support schools to be intentional about their instructional priorities, and align all their actions to these priorities

Create a space that allows shared leadership and shared responsibility
