Desktop 'Home' screen
Access all systems functions from here by pressing the icons
Information bar
Displayed at the bottom of most screensPress the kyratec logo to return to the desktop home screen Displays status, elapsed and estimated run time. Current user logged in and their profile picture
Performing a run using the Wizard Mode
Wizard mode
Allows rapid setup of most typical runsUse the checkboxes to enable the optional stepsPress the temperature and time boxes to adjust these valuesSelect OK to proceed to the run review screen
Review run
Displays the profile sequence in text form for user to reviewShows what occurs on run completionSelect OK to proceed or Cancel further edit profileSystem also allows profile to be run in virtual mode
Topheater
After profile is confirmed if the top heater is enabled the system will wait for it to heat before commencing unless user selects skip to commence run immediately
Running screen
Live Graphical display of temperaturesNumerical temperature displayZone temperatures displayed in gradient mode
Post run review screen
At the completion of a run a review screen will be shown If enabled an audible tone is made to alert the operator the run has completed
Run creation (or editing) using theProfile Editor
Allows loading & saving of profiles and adding notes
Profile may be visually browsed by selecting the event in the event list. Events may also be rearranged, deleted or edited using pop up menus
To Add a new event press the add event icon.

After selecting to add a new event the user is prompted what kind of event they would like to addUse the slider to adjust the number of steps of a cycling event
Setting new event parameters
Set the event or step parameters by touching the time and temperature buttons which evokes the numeric input screenSelecting gradient, touchdown or long range checkboxes displays more settings. This is shown on the following slide
This screen shows all gradient, touchdown and long range functions enabled. These may be used independently or all together
Touch the numbers to adjust the parameters
Touch the predicted temps link to display the predicted well temperatures when gradient function is enabled

After step parameters are entered user is prompted for number of cycles if it is a cycling stepAfter this display returns to the profile screen with the new event displayed
Manual Control Mode
Manual Control Screen
Manual mode allows immediate manual control over the block temperature and top heater statusGradient mode may be enabled and used for setting a manual gradient Timed hold allows the manual hold to be run for a preset time before being disabled
User Profiles
User Login
User login allows thermal profiles to be stored in users own directoriesSelect user to login or create or delete usersVirtually unlimited number of users allowedVirtually unlimited number of run profiles may be stored
Tools and Settings
6 Configuration and tools tab pages are accessible from the Configuration Icon on the 'Home' page. These include:
Block thermal options, top heater options
Calibration (thermal & touch panel)
File manager to transfer user files to / from USB memory sticks
Software updating tool (free updates available online)
Oligo calculator & multiple games
System setup options
File manager
Saved run files are stored in either user directories or default directoryAlmost unlimited number of run files may be storedFile manager allows run files to be transferred between SuperCyclers (or a PC) via a USB memory stick
