Welcome to the Super-Cube® Leadership Skills Development Programme. Our objective is to provide learners with the practical knowledge, skills and tools to positively change the triple bottom line - society, business and our natural environment.
Somewhere between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose. In those choices lie our growth, our happiness, and our responsibility.

Principles | Decision Making Foundations

Principles are natural laws - they’re impersonal, factual, objective and self-evident. Consequences are governed by principles, and behaviour is governed by values, therefore, value principles.
Skills developed:• Ethics, values and morals• Organisational culture• Codes of conduct• Ethical governance
Specific outcomes:1. Demonstrate understanding of the relationship between values, ethics and
organisational culture and its impact on achieving goals and objectives2. Apply the concept of corporate ethics to a unit3. Analyse a unit in relation to the principles of corporate ethics4. Formulate recommendations for strengthening shared organisational values,
the code of conduct and ethical practices
SETA accreditation: L5 5 credits
All things are created twice: first, a mental creation; second, a physical creation. Vision, is the beginning of the process of reinventing oneself, an organisation and our environment.

Specific outcomes:1. Analyse own abilities and lifestyle2. Demonstrate different methods of thinking3. Apply knowledge of learning theory and study techniques to develop a

Specific outcomes:1. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles and concepts of
emotional intelligence in respect of life and work relations2. Analyse the role of emotional intelligence in interpersonal and intrapersonal
relationships in life and work situations3. Analyse the impact of emotional intelligence on life and work interactions4. Evaluate own level of emotional intelligence in order to determine
development areas

Discipline is paying the price to bring that vision into reality. It’s dealing with the hard, pragmatic, brutal facts of reality and doing what it takes to make it happen. Discipline arises when vision joins with commitment.

Specific outcomes:1. Supply and compare a minimum of three generally Accepted definitions of
wellness2. Describe the components of three generally accepted Wellness models3. Identify the commonalities between a minimum of three different wellness

Body | Physical Intelligence

Our spiritual intelligence is the ‘connection’ between 1. Choice and 6. Principles. It’s essentially the conduit between the two and and determines the direction of your life.
