» In 1984 Sunil Hitech was formed by taking over of proprietorship concern M/S Sunil Engineers Works with Shri Ratnakar M. Gutte as a proprietor.

» Sunil Engineering Works renamed Sunil Hitech Engineers Limited in 1998 and provides services comprising the design, fabrication, erection and commissioning of balance-of-plant projects (excluding the boiler, turbine and generator assignments) for power plants.

» With the acquisition of 51% in I-Tec India Pvt. Ltd. a global Company operating in the field of Soils Stabilization, ecological road infrastructure, Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. enters into the road construction business.

» I-Tec India Pvt. Ltd is an associated enterprise of the Israeli company I-Tech-W Ltd., a global Company operating in the field of Soils Stabilization, ecological road infrastructure and manufacturing of ecological building materials.

» Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. expects approx Rs 100 crore revenue in FY 12 by the acquisition of I-Tec India Pvt. Ltd.

» Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd. has established I-COM to develop competent and skilled manpower and cater to requirements of the power Construction companies by developing Competent and skilled manpower as well as creating employment opportunities for graduate and diploma engineers in the power Industry.

  With its world class facilities, I-COM adopts a blended Learning Model, which is a unique mix of self learning, class room and on-site learning to insure superior knowledge retention among its trainees.

» Recently we have received an order of Rs 21 Crores for 1500 TPA solar polysilicon plant from Lanco Infratech Ltd. & Rs 25 Crore order of Crection testing & commissioning of Boiler & Auxillery of 1X350 MW from NCC .

» Sunil Hitech’s engineering knowledge comprises a decade-and-a-half’s industry experience. Our knowledge capital is reflected in our service breadth and depth – complex engineering designs and robust quality services covering civil, mechanical and electrical engineering interventions.

» At Sunil Hitech, we are at the right time to bid for and bag O&M services for PSU power assets (with a direct involvement in some).

» In a significant initiative, we established the I–Com, Infrastructure Construction and Operations Management Institute in Nagpur. The state-of-the-art institute will impart world-class industrial power plant training starting July 2011.

» At present the company is executing various projects at different parts of the country and contributing to the commissioning of 26,070 MW of Power in next 2-3 year.
