vitamin B, niacin, and protein; sunflower seeds can be
roasted.
Natural resources are the gift of Allah Almighty to mankind like other
resources.
We should care about all these resources. Nature is very kind to us
and His gifts in the form of countless resources are present around
us. Now its our responsibility to use properly and do not waste any
natural resource. We must protect them for generations to come.
