V-COLLEGE NEWS – On Tuesday, August 13, “V” will feed

approximately 210 Tech students. This meal includes the ATU Band of Distinction, Golden Girls dance team, Cheerleaders, and Tech Volleyball team. We need your help to welcome these students back to campus and to Victory. There is a sign up list in the foyer for desserts and those who would like to help. Please contact Kelley Roach for more information, 479-968-7994. ****College Meals**** – It’s a special opportunity for you to serve. Our first college meal will be Wednesday night, August 21 at 5:00 PM. There is a sign up list in the foyer. Please help in preparing a meal. (Faith Bible Institute) will resume Tuesday night, August 20 at 6:00 PM. It is not too late to sign up for this 3 year through the Bible study. Brochures are at the Welcome Desk. Mike McKinney and David Walker are the co-directors for 2019-2020.

Psalm 147:1-3 reads, "Praise the Lord! For it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting. The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers the outcasts of

Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

Whatever happened this past week, and whatever is planned for the week ahead, remember that God is with us this morning as we gather for worship! We pray you will lift your heart in praise to the Mighty One of Heaven today!
