2 Inch worms—keep your legs straight, hands on the ground, and walk your hands forward to push-up position, then walk legs up, do 5x
3 50 jumping jacks. Repeat throughout day
4 Jog in place for 1 minute, do 10 push-ups, jog in place for 1 more minute
5 V-sit—stretch legs out in front of you, off ground. Put your arms up so your body is like a V. Hold as long as you can
6 Crab walk around room for 1 minute. Bear walk around room for 1 minute
7 Use a laundry basket and practice tossing and throwing objects into it.
8 Practice your kicking and soccer juggling skills outside.
9 Do lunges for 1 minute
10 Jog in place with High Knees for 1 minute
11 Statues—make a statue with your body, and hold it as long as you can. Try friends statues
12 Hold a plank as long as you can. Repeat
13 Leg lifts—lay on your side and lift your top leg 10 times. Repeat on other side. Do 5 times
14 Jog around your house as many times as you can. Try beating your record
15 Go for a walk with your family. Bundle up if it’s cold!
16 Do sit-ups for 1 minute. How many can you do?
17 Run in place as fast as you can for 30 seconds. Repeat throughout day
18 Go in the hall and do wall-sits. Hold as long as you can. Repeat 3 times
19 Rear leg lifts—on hands and knees, alternate kicking leg back and up Do 10 on each side. Repeat 5x
20 Power jumps—squat like a frog and explode straight up for 1 minute. Repeat 3x
21 Make a hop scotch court and play with your family.
22 Make a 4 square court and play with your family & friends. (Driveway, garage, basement)
