I ensure my company SUN MANAGEMENT SERVICES will reach the monthly target with its full dedication.

To meet the requirements of our client will be our priority. To maintain a proper database on a daily basis

and to ensure no fraud takes place in the agency.

The field executives will report at 8.40AM everyday and have full commitment to work 24/7 to achieve the

targets. We have new strategy of collection on case to case basis for defaulters and ensure all activities meet

the standards of the Telecom & Banking. I have chosen executives with experience and they also get a

personal training before handling customers, so that they deal with the customers with a professional

manner.

Allocation of cases is being done according to area wise and sometimes through case wise depending on type

of customer. Daily review for all field executives will be done and the re-allocation will be done on broken

promises and cases gets resolved immediately with the help of Team leader or HR. Manager.

Analytics _ Case Study Airtel Tele Communication Airtel offered better retention discount for customers porting out (MNP) when compared to other

competitors, however 43% of not retained customers in Airtel moved to Vodafone & 37% to Idea.

Sun Management Services has been taking care of Verification & Retention for the last 3 years, Sun did a study on “Voice of Customer “ and understood that customer were aware that Airtel offered better retention discount but they preferred to move to out because the validity on retention offers provided by others were for 6 months and Airtel provided 3 months.

Based on the VOC study, Airtel changed the plans offered to MNP customers and fetched better results
